Very comfortable and cozy, in a great part of the Cape. Kitchen has all you need, good set up for a couple or even small family. One note, not a huge problem: the fireplace is only ornamental. Bed is comfortable, might be too soft for some. Very helpful and friendly host, gave clear instructions but respected privacy. Thanks so much!

This place was excellent. Short drive to town. Peaceful, beautiful yard. Clean and comfortable place. And Chad was a great host. I highly recommend!

Brian was very accommodating with a last-minute booking. Unfortunately, we had a miscommunication with another rental location and found ourselves on the island without a spot to stay. Brian was very responsive and got us into this cute apartment without any delay and saved our vacation. We were very lucky to find such a centrally located and well-cared-for apartment on such short notice.

We stayed here with family and friends for a wedding weekend. The place was perfect for our group. Plenty of rooms and beds for the 12 of us. Good kitchen, clean bathrooms, and a great outdoor deck and dock for our use. Leo was very responsive to any/all questions we had for him. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near Mashpee.

The house is lovely! The yard is the real star here, and the location is fantastic. The only small things I would comment on are providing your own linens (not ideal) and no coffee or anything to last a day upon arrival. But overall, I would recommend it for a nice stay on the island!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Kristi and Nick’s Cottage in Sconset. It suited our needs perfectly! Great location. They even set us up with a Jeep rental that helped us navigate the island with ease. We are very grateful for the time we got to spend here and that they shared their special place with us. We hope to be back soon!

We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay so much! The neighborhood is adorable for walking and our little one loved the playground right down the road. The house is so quiet yet so close to downtown and beaches. Will definitely be back!

We have come to Nantucket once or twice a year for 15 years and this is our favorite house in which we've ever stayed. It has everything you could possibly desire for a wonderful stay on the island. It's gracious and stately, yet cozy and comfortable. The location is near great restaurants and stores, and an easy walk to town, the beach, and the Nantucket State Forest for a nice walk or frisbee golf. We have 2 pups and we really appreciated that the hosts welcomed pets. The fenced backyard felt very safe with our doggies. Highly recommend! We would love to rent this house again - it truly felt like a home away from home.
