Holiday rentals with beach access in Cleethorpes

Beautiful accommodation very spacious fantastic location everywhere in walkable reach!!

A lovely place to stay. Well equipped and easy walking distance to the main high street. The shower was hot and powerful and the place has a huge TV in the living room. The large beds were comfortable and we slept very well as very quiet overnight. Also has available off street parking, which was handy as the road does not have much parking availability. However, the main car park is only around the corner and is only £3 to park all day. Overall, it was a great place for an overnight stay, thank you Neil.

Just back from a few days away in their Cleethorpes flat. Cannot fault it, perfect location with fabulous sea views. Great sized flat, spacious( 1 adult 2 little ones in our party). Pristine, modern and great facilities. Any queries I did have the hosts responded very quickly and were very helpful. Beds perfect if you love a soft cosy bed with super soft pillows. Would love to visit again soon. I've thing to note, which wasn't a problem for us but there are stairs to the flat and then stairs to the attic bedrooms so just be mindful if you have mobility issues. loved it, thank you for having us. 😊

The best we have stayed with ....We have used this accommodation for many months and all is superb from the accommodation to the communication , nothing is too much, in fact they assist us with our crew changes and plans. Would highly recommend for business or leisure , top quality accommodation and hosting.

Colleagues stayed in this accommodation so it is hard for me to review but as far as I'm aware they enjoyed their stay.

We had a great stay here! The house was clean and tidy and had everything you needed for your stay. Everything was as described and was an ideal location to get to the beach. The hosts Mandy and Beth were great, they informed us with everything we needed to know about the property and also let us know great recommendations for places to eat etc. Would definitely recommend this place!

All communication with David prior to arrival was friendly and responsive. He even recommended some local places I might enjoy as he’d seen in my bio that I love history. The house was lovely and comfortable with ample parking and safe for our dogs out in the back. Some great books and games left for visitors too. Unfortunately we had to leave within a few hours of arriving due to a family emergency several hours drive away and in the rush left behind my husband’s coat. David posted it back and wouldn’t take any reimbursement for doing so. So yes highly recommended from us. A good guy with a great house ☺️

Super place to stay. Clean, modern, spacious and with a drive for parking which is a premium in Cleethorpes. Great location.

Thank you for another excellent stay. This time we got to benefit from the coastal walks and open space straight out the back gate. Julie was a great help when my lad accidentally set off the house alarm. Within 15 minutes the alarm stopped and our day was saved as we had tickets booked! Brilliant hosting and was attentive that all our expectations were met through the break. Highly recommended and will come again if Julie will have us 🙂

last minute plans to come to Cleethorpes, the appartment was lovrly and clean , plenty of clean towels and cleaning products, host was perfect, replied straight away, in a great loxation it was lovely and warm would recomend for short or long break, i personally will be renting this lovely little appartment in the future xx

Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and a superb stay at your beautiful property. The house is absolutely stunning, had everything we needed and more and no pictures can do it justice! As soon as we notified of a slight problem we had, you came straight to sort it and really looked after us! My in-laws, son and daughter had a fabulous time and we were all very grateful for the welcome basket and the doggy one too! Can't wait to return in May!

Ben's place is superb, close to all amenities (an easy 5 minute stroll) and also the promenade and beach. Being just outside the town, there is very little nightime noise. Ben has renovated the place to a high standard and it really is a home from home. Highly recommended 10/10

just had a two night break absolutely brilliant, clean everything you could need is catered for look forward to staying again

Easy to follow instructions. Light,bright and airy studio apartment with all essentials for a short stay. Comfortable double bed and sofa, small kitchenette area with fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle, and a well equipped bathroom which contained a few extra bits that you might have forgotten ie first aid kit, toothbrushes, Fairy liquid to wash mugs. Small, private patio and your own parking spot on the front drive. Davinia was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely stay at Valerie’s for the new year and couldn’t have asked for more! The photos don’t actually do it justice as the apartment is stunning and a lot bigger than what we expected! Couldn’t recommend Valerie enough x

Very nice and clean. Easy to find and in a good location. Beds were really comfortable. Good walking distance from the beach.m and just off the high street.

Great host and very helpful with recommendations on good local restaurants and eatery places! Lovely apartment and well maintained. Smells fresh with good view of the seafront. Walking distance to Great cafes and restaurants. Beds& beddings were comfy & smelled nice. My only little minus will be probably asking cleaner to check on cobwebs . We had a lovely weekend overall. I took my elderly father and my son to cleethorpes for a 3 night break. The ground floor apartment was ideal for my father, who has mobility problems. The apartment was nicely laid out, and immaculate upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed, home from home. Tony was really helpful as we had a problem with returning the rented mobility scooter and he gave us reassurance that he will sort things. Also my father left his wallet and again Tony rang straight away. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Tony
