Bryan answered all questions fast. Sent a text to me when the power went out with the eta when it would be back on. The house had lots of room for the family. Made lots of memories had a blast . Would rent it again.

A very nice cabin with very comfortable amenities. Great location in central Mountain Home with easy access to roads connecting to the lakes. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable.

We have been to the cabin for many years always clean and very comfortable the only problem I have is the beds but no fault of theirs just can’t sleep well in a different bed we have always enjoyed our stay and plan to stay next year also

The hosts are very friendly and willing to help with anything you need! The house has everything you need to feel like you are in your own home. You are only minutes from Walmart or a Dollar Store if you do end up needing something. Allowing multiple cars and still having room for our boat was very convenient for our family to enjoy our stay.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this cozy cabin in the beautiful Arkansas Ozark Mountains. The views from the porch were absolutely breathtaking, with rolling hills and vibrant autumn colors that seemed to stretch endlessly. Each morning, we enjoyed peaceful hikes through the nearby trails, surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature. Our fur baby, Blanche, loved exploring the woods and sniffing every little detail along the way! Evenings were spent relaxing by the fire pit, where we shared stories and watched the stars twinkle above us. This tranquil escape provided the perfect opportunity for quality time together, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

Cathy is a great host and the house was great as always. It was our fourth time staying here. Looking forward to staying again soon.

Staying at Grandma’s house was a wonderful experience for my family. We were in town for a family member’s funeral, but the accommodations made us feel comfortable and uplifted after a long trip. We enjoyed the open space for family time but also having private rooms for sleeping. The house is clean and nicely furnished. We appreciated the snacks, water bottles and coffee. Sarah was very responsive to all communication. We would highly recommend staying a Grandma’s house when you are in the Yellville/Summit area.

This beautiful home is in a wonderful setting. It was so peaceful and serene. We enjoyed way all of the deer and rabbits. There is a public access not far from the house. Neat time we will bring our boat!
