Holiday rentals with a patio in Clark County

What a great place! The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed the location and expect to stay here on future visits to Lexington! We were impressed with the incredibly quick response to our few questions before arrival. Highly recommend this condo!

I love the brick apartment buildings of Lexington! This one has historic charm but is also modern and stocked with everything you could possibly need (I regret not having the occasion to try out the air fryer or smoothie maker). We didn’t get to enjoy the porch since we were there in the winter, but the living area was very cozy and decorated for the holidays.

Place is great as always. Everything is as advertised in a very convenient part of downtown. She was even able to help me with some transportation issues I had! The place is clean and definitely worth the money. I plan to stay again!

We came to Richmond from out of state to visit family. After checking into a local hotel that seemed to be falling apart we decided to check out early and find an AirBNB. Cassidy's place was available for almost exactly what we had spent on our hotel. She responded so fast, was able to get us in a little early the next day, and really salvaged the last part of our vacation by getting us in so quickly. Our family felt right at home in her place. The neighborhood, although seemingly large was very quiet. Easy check in and check out and the use of the single car garage was a nice touch as well. If you need a cozy, clean, and private place with comparable pricing to the primary Richmond hotels, this is a perfect spot.

Wayne‘s place was perfect for my family a great place for us to stop while our niece competed in the state cheerleading competition everything was clean and tidy well taken care of highly recommend!!

The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family group of 10. We had an awesome time on our UK basketball/football back-to-back game weekend. The house is just a short walk to Kroger Field and a short drive to Rupp Arena. The backyard is fantastic and the kitchen has everything you could need for any meal. The host went above and beyond with amenities, including providing laundry pods, makeup wipes, condiments, extra toiletries if guests left things behind, and the beds were very comfortable! Thanks for having us! We will be back!

So cute! Very much enjoyed our time! Great little spot that was super close to downtown! Super responsive and helpful! If you’re a light sleeper that needs it dark at night, I’d bring a sleep mask because the lights from the street and homes next door were bright.

I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at Angie’s Airbnb. She was extremely accommodating for us and our needs. The house was perfect for us and our three kiddos and the kids had a ball playing the video game table. The house was exactly what we needed while we were in town visiting family. Angie also was very gracious with us when we made a mistake on our number of nights we were staying and was very quick to help fix our mistake and work with us in the evening hours. Absolute wonderful host and a very cozy and perfect house. We will be back next time we visit family.

This home was an awesome find for a great price. It accommodated our party of six people perfectly and had the bonus bed in the basement as well. It accommodated all our kitchen needs and then some. I would definitely stay at this Airbnb again, as the location was Perfect for visiting the UK campus and dining and shopping in Chevy Chase.

Top-notch all around! Tons of space. The three bedrooms and the two bathrooms gave us enough room to spread out. The master was separate from the other two bedrooms so everybody had privacy. Lovely views of the city. Everything was clean And well maintained! The easiest check in and check out instructions ever! Made it very easy for us! The beds are incredibly comfortable! You can walk to Rupp Arena, which was awesome! Also nearby to all of the downtown bars so there is an active nightlife! We arrived on Friday parked our car once and didn’t have to drive again until we left on Sunday. Clare was very responsive. The directions were clear! Would absolutely rent again! We’re sorry we didn’t find it sooner in our son’s college career! Much better than staying at a hotel!

This is a great place in a great location. Street parking is easy and right in front of the house, the place was clean and well appointed and having an easy walk to downtown was a plus ! We would definitely book again, choose Wesley’s place with confidence.

We stayed at Nathan’s for five days while visiting family and friends. Such a perfect location. Quiet area. Nice neighborhood. The place is clean, relaxing. Everything we would have ever wanted. Nathan was very responsive. Such a wonderful stay. Would do it again in a heartbeat.
