I had a great time at Sebastien and Elise's apartment! The accommodation is very bright, with a modern and neat design, it offers a pleasant and warm living environment. The proximity to the metro is a real plus for getting around Paris easily. The accommodation is a 10 minute walk to Canal St Martin and Canal de l 'Ourcq, perfect for strolling or relaxing. The Pajol halls, further up the street, are convenient for drinks or eating. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located space!

Recommend this place very highly, host very responsive and area lovely and quiet. Walk to the train session under 20 mins and travel links in Paris are so good it's a great spot to stay. Lots of shops near by and the area is very affordable

Great place with vibrant atmosphere. Large well furnished kitchen and a wonderful living room space. The ambient lighting and large projector were a lovely addition to the living space. Paired with a great sound system, it transformed the living space into a cinema like atmosphere. Would definitely book again if I had the chance to go to Paris.

We had a great stay at Auréliens place. The check-in was flexible and very well organised. The place itself is really cool, the interiour features a lot of design furniture which is pieced together tastefully. It‘s also really clean and everything works as intended. We loved the location, you‘re very close to rue de belleville with an abundance of great asian restaurants and metro and bus stations. Aurélien was very forthcoming and quick to respond. All in all an amazing experience!

The apartment is very satisfied with the check-in, very close to the subway station.The kitchen is well-stocked, and we sometimes choose to make our own simple meals.Hot coffee is guaranteed to drink hot coffee every day

We had a great few days in Gregory’s place. The view from the apartment is fabulous and even better from the rooftop pool area. We even got to watch the 14th July celebration fireworks from the top! The location of the apartment is terrific on Bld Arago with a supermarket and boulangerie very close by, plus it’s well connected to bus and metro. We liked the 13th arrondissement which was calm but not far from all that central Paris has to offer. Gregory was a responsive, flexible host who welcomed us warmly into his home. Overall a great place to stay.

This warm and cozy apartment was within walking distance to bus, rail, grocery markets, restaurants and more. The kitchen, while tiny, was functional and had everything we needed. We were 2 couples and found both the bed and fold out sofa very comfortable! Note that when there are 2 couples, the lounge becomes a 2nd generously sized bedroom and no longer a functional lounge. This was perfect for our needs as we only used the apartment to occasionally eat, sleep& change to go adventuring 😊 As for parking, outside the flat there's some free blue lined areas for evenings only until 9am. However if you head to the side streets near the train station, there are white lined (or no lined) sections with free parking. We did this on our first morning (15min walk) & left it there for our stay. The apartment, while a little worn, was perfectly priced for what it does offer. The host was friendly, helpful & a great communicator. We would happily use this apartment again if we go back to Paris!

Our host (we were in communications with Philippe) was very friendly and always responsive whenever we had any questions, prior to the stay as well as during. Instructions given to check in was very clear & seamless. The apartment was well stocked from kitchen utensils and cooking needs, to the toilet being provided with amenities (even for baby!). Wifi was very fast. We loved the cozy apartment and it was just nice for us (2 adults & 1 toddler). Very safe for the little one to run around. Lift leading up to the apartment was quite small but it wasn’t a problem as we just made a few trips for all the luggages (stroller has to be folded) Location is very easy to get an uber, and walkable to the Eiffel tower. Plenty of eateries around if you don’t want to cook, and a proper supermarket just across if you do want to cook (has baby needs as well!) The apartment was just as shown in the pictures - beautiful and cozy. Would definitely recommend!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

it's a very nicely furnished and comfortable house, with tons of space and very high end appliances and TV. the hosts were very responsive. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Didier communicates very well , his accommodation is very accessible , in summer it must be even more pleasant because at the end of a garden in the. Quiet .. For us it was perfect. Everything was very clear very convenient for a stopover! Thank you so much Didier!

Had a lovely stay with my family. M kids enjoyed the games room and theatre like experience. This accommodation is perfect for rainy days as the kids young and old will be well entertained. House is located near a trail which is an added bonus for those that love nature walks.

Pierre was a thoughtful, responsive, and all in all amazing host! The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus an aunt and a dog :) Super comfortable and complete. The location is great for parking the car and having a good resting point in a cozy suburb (groceries, bakery in walking distance) The only thing to keep in mind is that the new public transport system in Paris segregates tickets for bus VS metro/rail - which makes the home location a bit far to walk to the nearest train station (~1.5km). We still thought it was worth it! Would stay there again if/when we come back to Paris :)

Very good pleasant welcome, it's really to be recommended , easy to access , close to the Porte de Versailles 10mn walk , local restaurant, bakery 80 meters for the extra morning. All equipped That's perfect .

The view is unmatched truly. See it for yourself! My only issue is the lighting in the hallway didn’t turn on which made for some spooky walks up to the door but once inside everything was lovely.

We had a stay for a concert next door. The place is very friendly and the environment is quiet and beautiful. The mall and public transport are very quickly accessible. I would highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon! 🔥
