very pleasant stay and little neighborhood noise. Everything was in perfect operation. The only small negative bridge is that it's a little far from the tram stop anyway I'm very satisfied

I stayed 2 1/2 weeks at the apartment and it offered everything that I needed. It is perfectly located in Nyon and all amenities are close by. The apartment is exactly as depicted on the pictures. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Despite the work nearby the apartment is a haven of peace. Convenient, close to the train station less than 10 minutes walk very functional nothing to say thank you for the welcome. I will come back without hesitation

Fantastic stay at Marie's place. Nice cozy home with lots of personal touches. Felt right at home. Easily walkable to most places in Geneva and if you didnt feel like walking the tram stop was a 2 min walk. Climbing up to the 4th floor can be a bit of a task with luggage but in the bigger picture it did not matter :)

Spent a relaxing weekend here alone. Large space, central location, walkable to bus stops, great WiFi, cosy bed, warm ambiance, felt safe as solo female traveler, was on 7th floor — lift goes up to 6th floor then walk up to 7th keep in mind for accessibility. Host was very friendly and flexible — Would recommend! 10/10 stay.

Modern, well-equipped and comfortable apartment...in the middle of nature. Many activities to do on site or within 20 minutes drive... It is even possible to skate on the Lac de l 'Abbaye below the apartment... great sensations

We had a lovely stay at your apartment. Very clean and well laid out, it has the advantage of being close to the center, within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive to the few questions we asked them during the stay.

What to say, the beautiful accommodation, very convenient, everything is done to feel more than good,it is bright. Tastefully decorated, nothing was left to chance. Benjamin has thought of everything up to the bathrobes, towels, flip-flops for access to the hot tub which is really great for him. The kitchen is very well thought out, convenient, all the equipment is efficient. Very coconing and comfortable living room, great bathroom with extra lighting,we loved it. very nice apartment, as described in the listing, a little dark. Good location, close to the city center on foot. All parking spaces are paid around the property but we found a small free parking 3 or 4 min walk away.
