Holiday rentals with a patio in City of Canning

Isabel's place was very clean, private and beautiful. Nothing was missing for our stay of two nights. I highly recommend it and we would gladly return.

Enjoyed this small suite within walking distance of the CBD. A hiccup during check in due to the city closing off streets for the Cycling Nationals but Gus was responsive during that little crisis. The suite is well equipped and lots of complimentary extras like; 2 bottles of wine (red and white) lots of jams and jellies etc and snacks. A Brita water filter was handy and ice cubes ready to go in the freezer. The bed has a very firm mattress which we enjoyed as we both have dodgy backs. The suite is right by the elevator so it’s a little noisy at times but that clears up pretty quickly. We didn’t have any trouble parking our car each night as there was plenty of room in the car park. Gus communicated a lot. I suspect he has a program that sends out prescribed texts, but he was always responsive within a few minutes. He very kindly gave us extra time at check out as our flight was a late evening one. Very positive experience and highly recommended by us

Marija’s place was very comfortable for my mother and I. Comfy beds and soft furnishings. A beautiful location just a short walk over to the river and park. A coffee machine was provided, and green tea, but no black tea. Towels were provided for swimming in the pool but I would only add that it would have been nice to have two bath towels each for our stay rather than just one. Thank you Marija.

We had no trouble in finding the key to the apartment in the key safe. The apartment was very clean and suited our needs very well. The double bedroom has a balcony which we found very useful for drying clothes. The main room has a small table and two armchairs, and a small television on a shelf high above the sink. We didn’t use the TV as we were out most of the time. The bathroom functions well with a good shower over the bath, which had a glass screen. The flat is fairly basic but the kitchen is well equipped, and could be used for cooking meals without any problems. We found the lightbulb in the bedroom wasn’t working when we arrived, but Louise quickly fix this without any delay. I would certainly recommend staying here-you will not be disappointed.

This place was a great last minute option and we have stayed longer if we could a great clean apartment and some bonuses that everybody may find handy. 1. Undercover safe parking with a direct entry to the building. 2. There is a restaurant located on the ground floor which does great buffet breakfast the option of pool is also an added bonus. 3. The option to check in early or late is great as most places offer a 10 am checkout. Great communication, great assistance, will be looking to stay there again on my next visit.

We had a fantastic stay in Perth at Shenton Park, which is conveniently lcoated opposite King's Park. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Chloe was a pleasure to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate to book again if we come back to the area.

Check in was a breeze. Mark met us at the apartment to help get settled in. It was made very clear to us is we had any questions, not to hesitate to message him. The apartment was beautiful, clean and smelt fresh. Was equipped with everything we needed and more. Location was wonderful, view was amazing. Definitely would love to come back and stay here again in the future.

Lovely place with a nice view of the city! Definitely recommend if anyone wants to be walking distance to the city centre.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was beautifully decorated, with a modern interior. The pool and alfresco area are a great spot to relax. The location was ideal – just a short communte to shops and food. Also loved the cinema room, a grest unwind spot! Would definitely recommend.

Andreys was an excellent option for my children and I! unfortunately it rained the whole time, but that can't be helped. what was a help was the central heating and a nice big bathtub! Very secure and very quiet. The kids loved the toys and games and books! Probably the best I have stayed in for school holidays with the kids! Thank you for the wonderful stay 😊

Absolutely loved staying at Pavithra’s house for six nights with my family. The house had everything we needed for comfortable stay which felt like home away from home. This house is fully equipped with everything you can think of. Our host was always contactable and the house is very clean. Everything was in good working order. We were able to get our washing done with the ease. Bed was comfortable. We give it 5 stars.

Mickey is very nice and responds quickly. If there is any problem, he will help solve it immediately. Also, the location is very nice and beautiful, with the lake just outside the door. It is very suitable for eight people. The pool was nice but not necessarily clean. Overall, this was a very good accommodation experience and I will still choose this apartment next time.

The stay was mostly good. AC worked good and most things were of good quality. I was a bit disappointed by the small size of the refrigerator and small cheap trash bags provided considering the high price paid for the apartment. Insulation is not very good and you can hear the neighbors above walking around.

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

First time living in a shared airbnb and it exceeded my expectations. The location is very quiet and peaceful with the house itself very neat and tidy, fully equipped and well maintained. Claire was very precise and clear with instructions and communicated with me within minutes of me asking her questions. Would recommend 10/10

Miki & Elliot’s apartment is bright and perfectly located for exploring Perth, right near all the amazing Beaufort Street restaurants and right across from Woolworths as well. I was able to WFH with quick internet and the bed was super comfortable. We had never slept in a double bed before and had no problems!

I stayed with Jeanie for 7 weeks and during my stay she was an incredibly generous and friendly host. Her place is clean and organised with everything you could possibly need. The apartment is exactly as pictured - it is spacious and the room itself is fantastic with a WIR and drawers, ensuite, large desk, and aircon. I parked outside for the duration of my stay and never had an issue securing a spot. It's technically only 3hr parking, but I was never ticketed. The train station is a 2 minute walk away, and there is a bus stop close by to get to Ocean Keys shopping centre (which is a 20min walk or short drive away). Jeanie's place is great value for money and I would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Jeanie.

Anita was extremely helpful to me and made my stressful move to Australia a lot easier, she went out of her way to help me continuesly and always made me feel welcome, made a great effort to show me around and help me get set up with my bank, phone, gyms, long term accommodation etc etc. I would highly recommend anybody looking to move to to Australia to stay with Anita as I don't know how I would've managed everything alone, thank you Anita 😊

Stayed here for a work trip and it's a great spot. Train is super close if you need to get into the city and some supermarkets up the road for supplies. House was great , not brand new , but perfect for what I needed. I didn't get a chance to sit out in the courtyard , but it looked great! A nice touch was a loaf of bread, fruit, butter, milk and a very well presented coffee pod selection!

A great little spot! Loved the balcony, the bathrooms were spotless, everything was easy to get to! Took me a bit to understand how to get up but that was my own fault haha. Easily walkable to other spots around town, truly loved our stay! Will be back again for sure
