Excellent welcome from Gloria, who had a very gift and playful dog. The cabin is the same as it appears in the photos, very nice, cozy and with everything you need to spend the day and night. Details and welcome cookies are appreciated, they were delicious

We enjoyed a couple of nights in Puerto Cisnes here. The wood stove kept the unit nice and warm. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, the wifi was good, and the kitchen was well equipped.

Yuana welcomed us very well, we had lunch in her restaurant and the fresh hake in the area was exquisite. It has local beers at a good price. The comfort, cleanliness and service of people she has is from another world. She helped us with information to do Tours, transportation, national park, etc. It helped us with all our doubts and requests. We recommend this place for any traveler or travelers who want to be in a nice, quiet and without hassle environment. Best of all? the stove in the room.

The cabin is truly an unparalleled experience in Puerto Cisnes, very comfortable and clean furniture and rooms, functional and nice heating, it has really been one of the best homes on our Southern road trip. Apart from how gorgeous Puerto Cisnes is, Silvia made our stay a fantastic experience for her concern and disposition. Totally recommended to stay in the cabin, do not miss this opportunity. Sure we will be back. As a tip: One night is too little to enjoy your stay.

We are very comfortable, Marisol is very helpful and kind. The location is unbeatable if you want to take barge during the day or night, it is only a meters away. The cottage has everything you need to rest and cook if required, excellent!

Nice and quiet stay. The place was very clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Hosts were attentive to our questions. Puyuhuapi is small, and you can walk everywhere. Coffee makers, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Very good option to stay here if you want to visit Parque Queulat and surroundings.

Perfectly equipped cabin with everything you need to have a very good time, very well located steps away from everything (making the mention that Puyuhuapi is very small) the beach, the square, the restaurants, that is, everything. What I liked most was that it is a very cozy place, I really feel at home, you can see that there is care, love, attention, time and resources to this place. Very, but very recommended, everything was excellent. Definitely to come back and enjoy it for a longer time. I congratulate the hosts, because they have a nice space, in a wonderful environment and, in winter time it must be another experience and of course that positive thank you for sharing your place and, being able to come back sometime, in winter wish!
