We found the apartment perfect for a seaside vacation. The short way to the beach is just great. There is everything you need nearby, groceries, restaurants, umbrella rental…. Many thanks to Karen&Giacomo for the valuable tips on visiting Rome, the beach and staying here in the apartment, you are very committed to making sure your guests are well. That's wonderful. Our family really enjoyed staying here, it was a bit like a home of their own. The apartment is absolutely clean, super stylishly furnished and has a beautiful sea view that you can enjoy at any meal. We would very much like to recommend this apartment to others. Excellent house with its own territory!

Thank you Vanna, we had a lovely time at your house. The house is fantastic, the views from the terrace's could not have been better. I wish more stores/restaurants would have been open in the area. I imagine in summer this area is really crowded. Overall a great stay and the owner was very gracious.

Sandra's place is small, clean, and welcoming. She was kind, helpful, and very nice. He gave us all the information we needed and also some tips and advice on restaurants and surroundings. Highly recommended

A really nice stay! The house is large, clean and respects exactly the fees described. Particularly suitable for groups/families thanks also to the large patio with table that can be used for dinners in company. In addition, the house's location is strategic, a stone's throw from San Felice and Sabaudia. Great cookies from Mrs. Paola offered upon our arrival! Highly recommended.

Carlos, your place was magnificent and we were welcomed by you very kindly. the entire property at the same time exudes elegance and comfort and is wonderfully located. We were particularly pleased that the swimming pool was still operational so late in the year and gave us the feeling of summer again. What particularly touched us was the delicious bottle of red wine for reception in conjunction with the interesting conversations with you. After all, we were also allowed to buy some canisters of olive oil from you, which we are very much looking forward to enjoying. We stayed the whole month of May as the tourist season was just starting. Andrea is genuinely a great guy who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and always answered our questions in a timely manner. Since my ability to speak Italian is quite limited , I would use a translator app to translate my text and then send to Andrea and it worked pretty well. That’s how I would communicate with the local taxi company as well, primarily for rides to the train station and back. Andrea’s Airbnb was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for and more at an affordable rate. We loved the views, the large terrace, the close proximity to public and private beaches, restaurants, gelato stands, live music and bars This location is a 15 minute walk to grocery stores ,coffee shops, fruit and vegetable stands etc. We will miss strolling down the promenade , parallel to the beach at night and hiking up to the nature park tower that overlooks the town and Mediterranean .

Great place to spend time very close to the beach which in early June was almost empty, almost private. There are two beaches nearby with paid sun loungers and umbrellas, and a beach bar, and there's something for everyone.

Nice place next to the water you can enjoy the view of the beach from the living room and kitchen. Clean and comfortable place. I recommend this place.

Great stay in a beautiful location. The apartment, simple and functional, enjoys an incredible view of the coast of Sperlonga. Easily reachable both on foot and with the help of Luigi's golf car. The managers, Luigi and Loredana, super welcoming and helpful, were hospitable and very kind, always ready to help with anything. They also recommended several great bars and restaurants in Sperlonga, all within a few minutes walk, since the apartment is located next to the historic center. We'll definitely be back!
