Holiday rentals with a pool in Ciracas

Pros: nice host clean good wifi around 50 mbps quiet comfortable bed Cons: bit small no much light at the ground floor lot of mosquito at the porch (september) bit expensive

Our stay was overall very nice! The space was clean, cozy, and just as described in the listing. The location was perfect – close to Limo toll gate, which made exploring the Jakarta areas a breeze.

Amazing & exquisite place to stay, located a bit far from main road and had narrow lane for cars but afterall, it serves a peaceful neighborhood, a great place, very cozy and looks exactly the same with the pics, even better! Complete amenities, responsive assistance and everything inside is so pleasing, thanks for providing such a good place and services! Looking forward for my next stay 🙏

Our stay here was comfortable. It was within walking distance to workplace and several stalls for delicious food. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen provided enough for us to prepare basic meals. The pool was a highlight as was the outside sitting space. Pak Junus was helpful and pleasant. We will look to stay again on any longer term time in Jakarta.

I wanted to say thank you to Ms. Annette to have allowed me and my husband to be able to experience an amazing stay at her house this weekend. From the beginning, the communication is smooth and clear. House rules were explained well and nothing out of the ordinary. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by one of the friendliest and most helpful security. He was very helpful with our preparation for bbq pool themed birthday party. We have some friends over and they were all really enjoyed the house, especially the pool. The house has ample space and the layout is very convenience for the party. I would come back just to take a dive at this pool. The bedroom is amazing, amenities provided are suffice, all very well prepared. We had a really good night sleep, thanks to the AC for making the room super cold as we like it. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend very, very much and I can only thank Ms. Annette to make that possible. Hopefully I will come back soon and definitely will choose your house again.

Hello! I’ve used Adriel’s unit for 15 nights and I don’t have any regrets! Adriel is very responsive and kindly accommodating the requests that I had. The building is located in a strategic position ,walking distance from MRT that I used to go my office and department store Lotte Avenue. The building itself is brand new, clean , with very friendly staff. The apartment is very nice , great view and literally fully equipped. Overall, highly recommended and hope to use again! 😉

Can consider this home away from home. Very accessible and easy to find. The place is clean and spacious. We had a good time! host is very responsive and gives update. Would recommend this place and would probably book it again if I come back to Jakarta.

We were a family of three and we had very pleasant stay at this apartment. The water dispenser is very thoughtful, and had complete amenities. Our concern before was if the ac working properly and they did. The ac is cold so the room is very nice to stay. Overall we will def stay there again if we come to South Jakarta again.

I would like to highlight that Dennis was the most supportive, kindest, and most responsive host I have ever had. I stay at many airbnbs throughout the world. There are many great hosts. However, Dennis went above and beyond as a host which was a really humbling experience for me. He was always supportive of my inquiries and helped me with various things during my stay. He was always very kind and cordial during our interactions. Everything I needed was provided in ample supply. If I needed something, it would happen the day of the request or inquiry. Again, I cannot emphasize enough that I was truly humbled to have stayed here. In a way, I fear that this good review will jeopardize my ability to book this place in the future because of my good review. However, Dennis deserves such a wonderful review due to the level of service - and I am happy to provide this. Truly, it was like having an older brother helping you out and looking out for you.
