The manager María Paula, was always attentive and provided accurate information, as well as solved some difficulties that were presented with the water. It is a cozy place to spend with the whole family and perfect for children to have fun.

We had a fun stay. It's spacious, pretty and exactly like in the pictures. It has all the amenities, fully equipped kitchen and perfect spaces to rest. The best thing was the pool table games area, which made our experience even more entertaining. Also, the surroundings are very quiet and surrounded by nature that my dog really enjoyed. As a recommendation, it is good to bring mosquito repellent for outdoor afternoons. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to.

We spent some incredible days, I celebrated my birthday with family and friends. The house is beautiful, many things to do, the guys spent super playing basketball, football. Jerson, Nelson, Arancely and others, were attentive to our questions and requests. Thank you very much, we are sure we will be back.

Pros: Perfect space for large families. The children had plenty to enjoy within the space and we had everything we needed to fill at home. Ruth was very responsive to all questions and concerns! She and her family were absolutely amazing hosts. The community is friendly & walkable to small tiendas. The house is located in a private community of luxurious houses and a large park. The major store is about a 34 minute walk or you can take a tut tut (moto cab). For the adventurous at heart they are plenty of independently operated buses/cabs. Cons: The small nearby stores close early and only accept cash. Ubers would cancel frequently. Renting a car would be conducive for large families. It is about a 1 hour 15 minute ride to Lima depending on traffic. (However it’s about 35 min drive to Ate and 15-20 min drive to Chosica downtown which was really cute town.) If you enjoy slow pace and a tranquil space then this space is beyond perfect as the house is amaz

Angela is an excellent host. He communicated with me from the first moment of the reservation and gave me all the important information from before check-in. The casita is small, but comfortable enough for a family. We spent a few quiet and relaxed days. We would definitely come back.

Very peaceful, we had a lovely family time away from the sound of the seaside, with an amazing view, can be a little difficult to access and away from the beach. But it gave us peace of mind

Nice apartment, we rented it because it was close to everything and it was a quiet area, we even went walking to the Japanese Peruvian polyclinic, and it also has close to the real square where you can walk, it is inside a condominium with black grilles where there are 4 houses, it has a huge park two blocks away, for a moment I thought that by being on the top floor and with the heat that I was in Lima for the summer, we were not going to bear it, but on the contrary, it is well ventilated, it runs wind when opening the windows and nothing feels the heat. It has everything you need for a good stay, Rina was very kind, although I only saw her a moment a day before leaving the apartment, she was attentive all the time, even we borrowed a coffee maker to pass coffee. The only thing we didn't like were the stairs, it's very narrow and it was difficult to climb our bags, outside of that I loved the stay and I would stay there again.

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. All the areas are found clean and equipped, they even gave us a water bottle to refresh us that was not included. The truth is a very nice experience the place, Mariana and Fernando are also friendly and very attentive. I had several inquiries and they did not delay in answering. Super recommended if you want to spend a nice weekend.

Great to stay with many people, big house

A great stay at Martha's place. She and her husband went out of the way to accommodate a very late night arrival, and also an early morning departure. A fun stately old home.. very cool. We would not hesitate to return!

I definitely recommend this house, it's spectacular! a warm welcome and explained details of the house. The place is as in the photos. Upon arrival we were amazed by the beauty of the place. A lovely and welcoming place, we felt quiet, there is security. Super comfortable and warm facilities, super recommended if you want to disconnect from the city and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere with all the amenities this beautiful house provides. This home exceeded all our expectations. It is a spacious and well laid out property. Communication with the host was smooth and quick from the start, which made us feel calm and safe before we arrived. The little ones have had fun like never before, a place with everything you need to enjoy and have a wonderful day, it has BBQ, large pool, various games and our nights were unique with Netflix. We will definitely be back!! and to all of my friends and family recommend it.

We leave to a dream place, especially for being in a quiet area and having a "forest" inside the house, highly recommended and for sure we will request this beautiful place again.

Great location, the beach a stone's throw away and if not, a pool at home. The comfortable rooms and the spacious spaces. We had a very nice time. Nelson is very friendly, very clear information and very quick coordination. We're definitely going to want to come back!
