Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chuo Ward

Yoshi was very responsive and accomodating. we requested for more pillows and hangers and he provided them right away. the apartment is well managed, new and has a lift. i also like the layout of the apartment, it had everything we needed.. cozy and spacious. the location was good, though not too close to the metro station (around 7 mins walk away from Ebusicho station) but very close to Den den town, Dotonburi, Shinsaibashi, Kuromon market, many restaurants and convenience store nearby. My family stayed for 4 nights. The listing looked the same in the photos. It was pleasant and safe because it was all remodeled with only the skeleton of the building. In addition, the bedding and fixtures were also new, so I used them cleanly. He told me how to get from Kansai Airport to my accommodation. Rather than transferring several times on Google Maps, it was easier to walk from the airport to Taisho Station for about 5 minutes, arrive at Matsuyamachi Station, and walk to the accommodation. And there was also a 15-minute walk from Osaka Doton Plaza Airport Limousine to get to Matsuyamachi Station. The place was in a residential area. There is a convenience store within 5 minutes, and there is a life supermarket near Sakaisuji Honmachi Station 15 minutes away. The Life Karahori supermarket at the bottom of the accommodation is not a duty-free, so you must go to Sakaisuji Honmachi Station. There are many restaurants near Sakaisuji Honmachi Station, so it was good to eat. There is a rice cooker in the accommodation, so I bought a sale lunch box or side dish at the Life Supermarket and cooked it for breakfast. There is a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, and laundry rack in the accommodation, so I washed it even if I didn't have to bring a lot of clothes. The seasonings also had huts, salt, and cooking oil, so the fried eggs were eaten. The host's welcome sprinkles and rice. I enjoyed the tea. It was a Japanese-style house, and everything was good. However, the location of the accommodation is under an overpass. If you are sensitive, such as the sound of ambulances and motorcycles, it would be better not to use it for 3 people. The host has prepared a noise ear shield. It was an accommodation that made good memories of Japan.

Great place to stay. Check-in and check-out were extremely smooth. Host is easily contactable. Quiet area but still accessible to the nearest train station. Room is clean and spacious. Will definitely return for our next trip.

Among the accommodations I've been to while traveling abroad, it's not enough for a group of people to visit. This was the best place to stay. Because it is newly built, the facilities and items are in very good condition, and there is a parking space outside the building. It is a single-family home, so you can use it very comfortably depending on the number of people. The accommodation has a spacious living room on the first floor, a spacious kitchen, a table for group meals, a bathroom with two large bathtubs and showers, and a toilet. The warm water comes out well and the heating is good. On the second floor, there are 4 rooms with 2 queen-sized beds and a bathroom in each room. On the third floor, there is a spacious and clean rooftop, The accommodation is in a residential area, so it is quiet and safe. The accommodation is a 3-minute walk from Tengachaya Station, which arrives directly from Kansai Airport. Family Mart, Lawson, and 7-Eleven are located 3 minutes away. There is also a large grocery store that operates up to 12 right next to Tengachaya Station, so it is good to buy groceries cheaper than a convenience store. The right number of people seems to be the best for 8-10 people, and up to 16 people can stay. There are Nankai Koya Line, Main Line, Express, Lafite and JR Sakaisuji Line, JR Yotsubashi Line, and Hankai Line, a tram train. Very good access to the main attractions. Great restaurants around Tengachaya Station, and Izakaya is open late at night, so it's good for a drink or a meal in the evening. The location is Nishinari-ku, but the security around Tengachaya Station is great and quiet, and you can't see the homeless, etc.

Stayed for a week. Amazing place, spacious room with plenty of amenities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb in Nishinari Ward, Osaka, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The local neighborhood had a charming atmosphere with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Osaka and will definitely be recommending it to my friends!

Tony’s a place is fantastic for a small group. Even though we were a group of 3, it is spacious and can easily fit 4-5. I love the simple, functional decor, with all the amenities we needed!! House is warm during winter, most importantly, the floor and shower room is heated. Do note that there are no rooms- beds are on separate levels with curtains, so you can hear everyone. Location is great, <7 mins to the metro stations, and 10-15 mins walk to Umeda shopping area. Love that there’s a supermarket just behind so it’s super convenient. Tony is an amazing host, and went above and beyond as a host. We arrived close to midnight and were received by his wife and shown the house. Tony is always reachable by text throughout the trip and even offered to send us to the bus station. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka!

It’s a great location, especially if you’re visiting Osaka for universal studios. The train and highway can get loud but as far as distance is concerned you can’t beat it!

If you want a convenient，neat， and peaceful place to stay in Osaka， this is the place you wanna select！Reiken san is very helpful and responsive. There are also some good restaurants around. Overall a very good choice for travellers in group of families to stay.

Our family like the house very much. Facilities tip top. Very clean house. Enjoy play ping pong each time we go home. Market/ convenience stor nearby. If we come again definitely the house in our top of the list.

It was an amazing place to stay and in a very convenient location to places for train lines

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Yoshihiro was excellent with communication and very helpful. We received a lovely welcome note and basket of treats. The apartment is spacious with two tables to sit at and a kotatsu which my adult children loved. The kitchen has everything you need although we ate out as there are many restaurants to choose from. There is a nice Nepalese / Indian restaurant close by. There are stairs up to the property and inside, which everywhere in Japan tend to be steeper than the UK. The apartment was clean and tidy and had different towels available, the bedding, (December) was very cosy. The area around is modern with excellent pavements and there are several rail stations close by, JR Shin-Osaka is around a 15 minute walk and we used another closer station about 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again if we came to the Osaka area.

I used it with a friend and two people, and it was perfect. It was nice that the kitchen and bedroom were separated, and the bathroom was not small and suitable. Above all, two beds are available at a cheaper price than a hotel.

I stayed for two nights and three days. All the facilities are beautiful and have more supplies than you can imagine?There was, and I felt that it was not enough for 3 days, which is frustrating! There are plenty of 24-hour supermarkets, not only a station, but also restaurants, convenience stores, and a rental car shop nearby, so I didn't want to worry about it!

Absolutely loved my stay at Bi’s! I’ve been familiar with this place for 3 years, and every time I stay, it continues to impress. The condo is simple yet very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The customer service from Bi is top-notch—super helpful, responsive, and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. One of the best parts about this condo is its unbeatable location. It’s within walking distance of Kuromon Market, which is a fantastic spot for foodies, and just a short stroll to Dotonbori, where the nightlife and vibrant atmosphere are amazing. You couldn’t ask for a better spot to experience Osaka! I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great hospitality. I’ll definitely be back! 5 stars all around!
