Brilliant apartment with peaceful views.

I considered sounding less enthusiastic so that I can actually rebook here soon without this being completely booked for the next year 😅 but after a a few different spots all over Mexico this place was definitely the best place I’ve been. The photos don’t do it justice. It has an amazing energy, relaxed and pretty much full sun in most areas. Don’t take my word for it though. One live Q&A video stream I did here and the audience cared WAY more about finding where exactly this place was than the subject matter of the Q&A 😅 I think it’s perfect. Brett is the best host. He’s got a very good sense of humour and a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you 🙏

Everything is very nice, the view is incredible, the place is spacious and incredible. A lot of peace. Only that during my stay I encountered several spiders and insects in the apartment. But apart from that, everything is excellent!

Stayed just 2 nights at the end of a road trip so that I could enjoy some true relaxation and gorgeous ocean views before having to leave MX… and oh my goodness - the value, beauty, relaxation, ease of getting to stay here is sort of beyond comprehension & I feel so lucky I got to enjoy this Airbnb in person. Tasty food just a few blocks away but also super quiet getting lulled to sleep by waves. Great sleep in the bed. Amazing beach is an easy 8 min drive away (or you can literally swim right out your door here) and Sonya is so lovely & generous making beach chairs etc freely available for use there. Was super sad to leave and would be incredibly grateful to return!!

Great place. Although the “beach” right out of the gate was not the best. You would need to drive or walk to the strip with a better beach. The walk is about 20 -30 min. But overall a great place.

Excellent place, private, comfortable, clean, spacious, nice pool very nice in general, the house is super equipped, beach very close, the only one but is that in the showers of the bedrooms upstairs there is no hot water, I say by the heat in certain seasons it may not be necessary but for us the hot water is essential and there was only a little in the bathroom downstairs, I also recommend that if their stays are long, take a car why there are no places nearby to go out to eat and with this they can move or go to the super for food. The house was in perfect condition, it was very nice to stay with my family. María Fernanda is very attentive to answer any questions we had. An excellent place to enjoy the beach, nature and rest.

Wonderful place to stay! My family loved it! Everything was clean and exactly as described. The private beach was great and the pool area was relaxing. Rooms had great AC and very comfortable. Thank you for everything. I will recommend.

The house is very nice for a large spacious and comfortable group very practical that from the parking lot you do not have to go up stairs to get to the kitchen with the super bags,Roger was very good host we always had an immediate response for everything and resolved all the details quite quickly .. thank you very much

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb! The pictures really don’t do it justice, it’s a huge open concept house that is just beautiful! Lots of natural light and positioned right on the beach. We spent a lot of time walking the beach looking for shells, swimming in both the ocean and the pool, and hanging out on the amazing roof set-up. Additionally, the recommended catering/ private chef experience was truly a delight. Great food & great people, would highly recommend. Local restaurants are also great, so much delicious seafood! All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and would readily recommend it in the future or return ourselves. Thank you to all the hosts for a great stay!

Amazing stay! The beach house was extremely clean and nicely laid out. The observatory /rooftop area isn’t really shown in the listing so we were unexpectedly surprised! We spent so much time up there watching the sunrises and sunsets! The gated parking area was a nice touch. There was hardly anyone out and about and it felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves. And even on the windy days, it was nice to float in the pool and listen to the waves. The outdoor kitchen was also👌 Chelem is an amazing little town, everyone was so friendly, there were tons of options for food and we felt so safe walking around. We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you Connie for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The place is amazing for a large family and with little ones! The beach is delicious and the ocean view is unparalleled. Communication was excellent, we will definitely be back.

We had a lovely four night stay. Juan Carlos was an excellent host. The caretakers were a delight and the woman prepared several meals for us. We highly recommend a stay here in San Benito!!

Lucia was a very friendly and attentive person at all times. Your apartment is very well located if you want to have a quiet and relaxing stay. Everything was super!.

Ruben was a sweetheart, he let us check in early and explained everything about the condo and the area. The condo is HUGE, but the best part is the view: unobstructed panorama of the ocean, with the pelicans diving for fish, just amazing. The condo is very well furnished and it was nice to have a washing machine during our stay. The grounds are very modern and well appointed, with 6 loungechairs by the large pool and 8 loungechairs by the beach. The place/area felt very safe and we really loved our stay. There is a small grocery store about 8 minutes from the condo, so easy to grab things for meals. The beach in front is lovely, great for long walks during low tide. Only thing to be aware of is the construction adjacent to the building. The workers were there for the 7 days of our stay. If you do not plan to hang at the condo during the day, this shouldn’t be a bother. Ruben explained they have been working for past 2 years, so hopefully the construction should be wrapping up soon.

The best part of this place is the million dollar view, which is even more beautiful in person. The rest of the condo is about what you would expect given the pictures. There is some corrosion in places (e.g. faucets) due to the high humidity being right on the beach, but that's to be expected. We were pleasantly surprised at the number and variety of restaurants in the area. While Willy's is better than Oxxo in terms of picking up some basic supplies, the Soriana in Progreso is not far away if you have a car and want more groceries. And if you do have a car, we highly recommend Isla Columbios - catch a boat in the marina at the far end of the island that takes you to a magical place set in the shallows between islands and mangroves. Tables and chairs set in the water under palapas, hammocks and swings right over the water, and fabulous kayaking among the mangroves. Delicious cocktails too. Unlike anything I've seen anywhere else. Enjoy your stay here!

Apartment was as described. The people at the Condominio were very nice. We didn't use the pool. We liked it so much that we extended it by 2 nights. The area is quiet. To the beach we always drove to playa chuburná (about 30 min by car). Apartment can be recommended
