Villa holiday rentals in Christchurch City Council

Neat and tidy on the inside. Building and yard could use some TLC from the owner, and some of the heaters and bedside lamps are worse for wear. But a great location in a nice neighborhood, and mostly clean and tidy. made for a good base during our week in CHCH.

Beautiful house in a wonderful location. A lovely daily walk through Hagley Park into town. We had a great time in Christchurch and are already looking to come back.

Lovely getaway for 3 nights. Had everything we wanted plus offered a quiet peaceful environment. Spa pool was a nice bonus.

Lovely old cottage tucked away at the end of a road. Easy walk through Hagley Park to the town centre. There was everything we needed to feel at home. Very clean throughout. Particularly enjoyed the cosy lounge to chill at the end of busy days in Christchurch. Roomy bedrooms and a great kitchen too. John gave us useful tips on getting the best from our stay. Highly recommend Brockworth Cottage.

This is such a great Airbnb find! The home was such a cozy place to hang out after a day out exploring and adventuring. We enjoyed grilling on the deck, enjoying the view, with the fresh breeze blowing through open windows. We used the paved walking trail along the coast (just a short walk from the home) daily. We made good use of the playground and tennis courts, which were just across the street from the home. It was also just quick drive to Sumner beach for surfing. Any issues we had were promptly addressed by our host. We truly loved this spot!

Had a great stay at Cashmere, was the perfect house. Lots of character and great value. Very spacious.

This property was fantastic for my family!! We’d come to Christchurch for a wedding and needed a huge place to accommodate all 26 or so of us from NZ and overseas. Plenty of room for us to sit around, cook, chat endlessly. We loved our bedrooms - all beautifully fresh, clean and well appointed. And the location of the house is great, near town and Hagley Park. On the day after the wedding we had about 45 for a casual lunch (the kitchen coped!) and we stood around the courtyard in the sunshine….. GREAT memories created!! Thank you to Rameez and Tara for our truly wonderful stay. 😀😀😀

Great environment, spacious, suitable for groups of more than ten people.We really enjoyed our stay here.

2 properties right next door to each other, it was good for our group of 10. The hot tubs, pool table, and darts board were a perfect end to our busy days. Less than a 10 minute drive to the city center which was great!

Sent my employee down for work and he was grateful that I locked in a great place to stay. No dramas, easy to find and access. Loved the views. Such a great place.

Well the property is as described. The house is great for big families or friends. It’s clean and comfy, a lot of area seating and play areas for kids. Highly recommended. The host is very responsive and professional.

The landlord is very friendly and fully equipped.
