Great place to stay for a larger crowd or kids! Beautiful space and great entertaining area. Has everything you need. Host was quick at responding when needed. Would stay again if visiting the area!

Julia was an exceptionally thoughtful host. She left cookies on arrival, and marshmsllows to roast on the fire later, bath salts for the bath, candles, the fires were made up ready to go, bread to feed the ducks. The cottage was utterly charming with high quality furnishings and luxurious bedding. She also sent great instructions and we obliged her invitation to use the kayaks to get to the pub for dinner. Clean and tidy home that was as described. Lyttleton is a great little town on the outskirts of Christchurch, the views from Holly’s home are amazing and town is definitely walkable for restaurants and a spot of local shopping , there is a bit of a hill to walk back up if your into a bit of fitness. We loved our stay at Holly’s the facilities are great, clean and tidy, views incredible, and we found it easy to communicate our checkin and leaving times days with her. A lovely spot even on a windy day!!!

We had a wonderful stay. Garden area was lovely and private, we enjoyed looking at all the gorgeous fruit trees and relaxing in the spa. The inside was very tidy and clean, had everything you could need. 10/10, we'd book again in a heartbeat

It was the second year we had stayed at Kim and Mandy's and felt like our home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and clean. The road works were not a problem, even with the volume of traffic going by, it was hardly noticeable. Would definitely recommend, a shame we only had one night here.

We came together as a family to this home to celebrate Christmas. It was a beautiful place with stunning views. We could easily make dinners from scratch using all the kitchen equipment included in the home. One note for future AirBnb'ers to this property, the cleaning instructions are rather extensive along with the $160+ USD cleaning fee tagged onto the booking.

Julie is a wonderful host and has a beautiful waterfront property. Even better than the photos. We loved the view, the spa, and the entire home is so spacious and has everything you need. We also appreciated the full kitchen and treats upon arrival. Highly recommended this stay!

The parking was a great amenity. Everything was easy to find and the apartment was exactly as described. The host was super communicative and we had everything we needed.

The penthouse was even better than the photos and our stay was perfect. Comfortably fit 6 adults and 2 kids. Easy walk to most of Christchurch and it really had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had amazing views of nature all around. It was lovely to have coffee on the spacious deck in the morning and hear the many species of birds in the area. The accommodation provided us with lots of privacy, but Michael was near by if we needed him. We would definitely stay at Michael’s place again when we visit Christ Church.

Maree hosts a fantastic, beautiful, comfortable renovated villa home in a superb location that remains private and serene. She was a great host and I could not recommend staying here highly enough.

Beautiful house. Good for a group to hangout

It's a very unique colonial architecture house. Definitely stood out from the rest of the houses in the area. The garden is very big & has plenty of spaces for children to run around. We have a group of 10 people & the stay was absolutely amazing. All the amenities are well equipped as stated. Bedrooms are very big and comfy. Kitchen is very well equipped as well. Overall it was a great stay.

Lovely old cottage tucked away at the end of a road. Easy walk through Hagley Park to the town centre. There was everything we needed to feel at home. Very clean throughout. Particularly enjoyed the cosy lounge to chill at the end of busy days in Christchurch. Roomy bedrooms and a great kitchen too. John gave us useful tips on getting the best from our stay. Highly recommend Brockworth Cottage.
