Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chittenden

This rental was perfect for our family’s overnight ski trip to Okemo. We have two teenaged sons who shared a bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and (most importantly) to meet the AM caffeine needs. The rental was approximately 10 minutes away from Okemo, which was the best part for us. Already planning next February’s ski trip!

I felt immediately at home in Patrick's apartment in Middlebury. Loved the incredibly well-stocked kitchen, and the full-sized fridge was a real plus. Also loved the table for four in the adjoining room and the fact that there was a desk in that room, as I'd brought my laptop and needed to do some work. The bathroom was squeaky clean, with plenty of towels and an excellent tub/shower. Beds were exceptionally comfy, with nice linens and pillows. The fact that the apartment was within walking distance of town and the college was also a plus and made meeting friends extremely easy. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return to Patrick's. Highly recommended.

It made for a great home base for a week of skiing at Killington. Central enough that it's easy to get to most stores in Rutland.

Sam is a friendly, generous, helpful host! He and his family live upstairs in this fun, modern building; the apartment is on the ground floor/daylight basement, but the house sits on a steep hill so the unit has plenty of natural light and does not feel like a basement. The separate entrance is located at the far end of the structure so it feels like a standalone unit with plenty of privacy. The neighborhood rises steeply from downtown Woodstock, up narrow, steep, windy roads. The streets were pretty consistently plowed, but drive slowly and cautiously, especially with snow. Also, like Sam says, don't just enter the address into Google Maps; it will try to take you elsewhere through someone's house and yard (haha!) Instead, follow Sam's directions. We loved the casual, yet carefully curated decor and found the bedroom super cozy with the most comfortable bed and linens. Our favorite was going on a cross-country ski adventure right out the back! Extremely convenient place next to the mountains, nearby restaurants and shops. The bedrooms can get cold, but the blankets are quite warm and comfy.

We enjoyed our stay at Steve & LA's place near Killington and Pico. The space was roomy and uncluttered, and very clean. Linens were provided and clean and comfortable. Kitchen was spacious and had most things we needed. Steve reached out when we arrived and gave us all kinds of helpful information about the apartment, the area, skiing suggestions, restaurants and bars, you name it! We also enjoyed the fireplace in the living room and there was wood on site. Very good value for a weekend retreat at Killington / Pico. We recommend and we'd return!

The White House was a wonderful place for me & my extended family, from age 5 to age 85. Mark was communicative & attentive. I hope we can return!

The house is absolutely stunning! We loved how clean and well organized everything is. We did a ski trip with a bunch of friends. And this house is conveniently located between two resorts: Okemo and Killington. Some of us had Epic pass and some - Icon. This was a perfect solution. Beverly was very responsive and caring. We felt right at home. The only small inconvenience is - that there is no dish washing machine. I know we became so spoiled with the technology. We easily solved by making a rule that everyone washes after themselves. Just something to note. This is absolutely not a deal breaker for me. Love the house! Would definitely come back and recommend to friends!

We loved our trip to Middlebury and Julia’s spot was perfect. It was a lovely, clean, and cozy space that had everything you could need for a weekend getaway. We were so excited about the fresh muffins left in the kitchen but realized half an hour after our departure from our 1 night stay that we left them in the kitchen. Our only disappointment of the weekend! We had a great time and would definitely stay again next time passing through.

February 2025 Our yearly winter family get away was amazing with our growing family. The 9 BR had so many king beds to choose from and we were able to place our little people all in the same room. The dual kitchens were a bonus for all of us. We set up for the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and had a great time in the larger second floor family room. The check in process was easy and the response time for any questions was great. We found some nails in the flooring and someone was there within 30 min to pound it in ( might be helpful to have a small tool box for little things like that as we could have easily done that ourselves).also might be helpful to leave a snow shovel around when there is a storm …we could have easily taken care of steps and the walkway to the hot tub. The kitchens were well stocked and we were able to make all we wanted to with the tools provided. We will definitely come back for a family get away next year!! Already in the works! We absolutely loved our stay at Lori’s house. Not only was it immaculate, but it was comfortable and cozy too. Additionally, the location can’t be beat…walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants and only minutes from the slopes. Lori was quick to respond to our messages and was so friendly and accommodating. We’re definitely coming back!

We had such a great time at Ashley's place and really appreciated the welcome basket & being able to bring our 2 kitties with us to stay that need meds. (We also loved the neighborhood porch kitty that visited daily.) Thank you SO much, Ashley!

We rented this Airbnb while visiting family. It was, by far, the cleanest Airbnb we've ever seen! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, and they even kept instruction manuals for all their appliances (I didn't need them; it's nice to have them available). They had small baskets of common medicines and personal care items. The furniture was comfortable and in good condition. This home was exactly as advertised in the photos. For those contemplating a winter trip to this Airbnb - it was very easy to access, and we were not snowed in! The short road leading to the home was icy and snowy, but we had no trouble driving on it because several other cars had been driving on it, too. The driveway and walkway leading to the home's entrance had been plowed before our arrival. The rest of the yard was a winter wonderland - perfect for my Floridian toddlers to play and get all their energy out! We intend to stay at this home for our next Vermont trip.

Would definitely rent this condo again! Lots of room for our family of 5. Quick walk to Lower Mountain trail. Able to ski right from trail down to lifts. Overall, a great weekend!

Angela's condo is fantastic! Its so close to Killington resort and all the shops, we will definitely stay again. Plenty of parking and the condo is located in a really beautiful location tucked away from the main road - so its quiet. The condo is really spacious with modern furniture, kitchen and decor it was such a pleasure returning here after a long day of skiing. Can't wait to come back! Thanks Angela!!

We had a great long ski weekend. Host is very communicative and helpful - with quick answers to any questions we had. Great spot for our family of 5. Easy to get to mountain. Very clean and comfortable rental! This was our second stay and we’d be happy to stay again.

Great location for pico mountain. The ski on ski off was pretty easy to find and nicely located. The location is slightly less ideal for killington, as you need to take a shuttle that has multiple stops. We also ended up on a bigger bus to take us back from Killington and the drop off was on the main road, which was a bit difficult to walk on in our snow gear. Overall, nice apartment and perfect for my group of friends.

We had an amazing stay at Simone’s apartment for our ski vacation. The apartment was even better than the pictures—spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The location made skiing incredibly convenient, with easy in-and-out access to the slopes. The host was fantastic—super helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The place had all the essentials and more, making it feel like a home away from home. Very thoughtful touches from the host through the apartment !!!! Highly recommend this place for anyone ( with kids, no kids) looking for a hassle-free and comfortable ski trip. We’ll definitely be back!
