Great place to stay with a very cooperative and friendly host

We had a fantastic stay at Alberto’s place in San Marco, Venice. It’s nestled in a quiet small street between both a vaporetto (water taxi) stop and Piazza San Marco. This makes it easy to explore great shopping and dining in the local neighborhood and other places on the lagoon easily. Plenty of space for our family of five (2 adults; 3 kids 10, 9, 5). Two full bathrooms was a luxury. pocket (sliding) doors between the hot tub, kitchen, and bedrooms made it easy to put the kids down and still hang out on the couch or hot tub. The hot tub: clean and functioned well. For US visitors, note that European hot tubs are kept at slightly lower temperatures than a typical US hot tub. So you may be surprised at first. Also the cleaning agents used in the hot tub are not as astringent as US hot tubs (read: no strong chlorine smell). This was nice. I often don’t like indoor hot tubs in the US as it’s difficult to ventilate out the chemical smell, this was not a problem. Great for a long soak.

Somewhere between 4 and 5 stars Great location. Very special place. Clean. But kitchen could be better equipped and shower could be improved.

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment is very modern and has an extremely exciting structure. It was very clean and maintained. There were many spices for cooking. The bed was very comfortable. The distance to Venezia is actually only 10 minutes by car as indicated. Close to the accommodation are shops as well as the Parco San Giuliano, a huge park, which is very clean and well maintained. We also found it very pleasant to stay in Mestre and not directly in Venezia, as we had more freedom. We found the apartment even better than in the photos. Grazie mille, Marco!

Andrea's house is in a very typical, very narrow alley. You live alone - over three floors, and the first of it is accessible via >10 steps. It's really great - a very typical house in one with, of course, little view. The location is fantastic - all vaporetto lines very close, also to the airport… and many such nice pubs and restaurants. It is also very close to Rialto and St. Mark's Square on foot. Not to forget, there is a super nice care - you will be picked up at the vaporetto and super supported... everything is fine.

Everything was beautiful. The surroundings of the apartment were very quiet.

I’ll start by saying this: the photos in the listing don’t do it justice. This Airbnb is INCREDIBLE. Gorgeous views, special experiences and kind host. This villa was the most unique and beautiful place we stayed while traveling Italy for two weeks. Highly recommend! If you’re looking for an authentic Italy experience - book this Airbnb. It’s like a step back in time but stays luxurious!

perfect accommodation for two couples and two children (or 3 couples). 3 double bedrooms +2 bathrooms. all rooms are spacious and well equipped. functional air conditioning and towel dryer. only small downside, it is a little cold in the rooms even leaving the doors open. bed and bathroom linens available. very good location, 10 minutes walk from a bus stop where the 53RD passes that takes you directly to the center of Venice in 30 minutes. 10 minutes walk from a supermarket. thank you again for this stay, I recommend!

Perfect accommodation for a large group, equipped with space and bathrooms for everyone. We had kids and they had a great time. The farmhouse is rustic but furnished and complete with everything you need. The location is quiet and perfect for visiting by train to Venice. Dario was super courteous and available. Really perfect, highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Mariateresa apartment. It’s located in great location with easy access to everything you might need ( access to water boats, supermarket, restaurants, shops on the high street and beach ) The apartment is well equipped to make you feel at home. Also it’s very peaceful. Small garden with garden table and chairs is private and inviting. The host is very friendly and helpful.

The place is so pretty and so clean. After my previous sorry of an experience this one was very nice surprise. The neighborhood was very quiet and lovely. The directions on how to get there were straightforward and well explained. Would totally recommend.

Great stay for me and my partner! The train station is right across the street from the listing, it's royal! We will go back without hesitation!
