This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

There is a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a beautiful bathroom and a sleeping loft. There is a wood and oil stove, the heating costs are in addition to the rental price. Wood and/or oil are for sale from us or in the hardware store. The cottage is suitable for a maximum of 3 people. The area is ideal for people who love peace, nature, culture and good food.
