Family-friendly holiday rentals in Chino

The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. I don't like to stay in hotels because they are noisy and this neighborhood was very quiet! The kids enjoyed having their own spaces, and the hot tub was amazing after walking at Disney all day. We did need to drive to Disney, it was not a walkable distance. But it was a short drive and not at all an issue.

We were looking for a relaxing getaway and this house was perfect. We did have an unexpected adventure of getting to the house since the road sunk and was unable to be driven on. Steve was quick to inform us and helped figure out a solution for parking so all was good. The house is super cozy with a fireplace on each level. It was very peaceful and quiet which melted the stress away. The location is great too, close to Lake Arrowhead Village for restaurants, shops and the grocery store. We would absolutely stay here again.

Tess was a great host, always responsive, friendly, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome in her home and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. Loved our experience and would love to come again!

This stay has so many highlights and memorable features on top of the five stars in other categories! These hosts put above average effort into the amenities, interior design, and hospitality. We loved the hot tub and felt like we were in our own private oasis even though the neighboring units were occupied. Jan and Dale stocked plenty of towels so we were able to to enjoy it several times. When we eventually did laundry (we stayed for five nights), we ran out of detergent and Jan came by within the hour to drop off some laundry detergent. The hosts left many special touches including fresh cut fruit in the fridge/yogurt, which were perfect for breakfast, and the best Trader Joe's toiletries (if you know, you know). The space is on the smaller side but absolutely standard for a house in this region and ample in comfort and character. The neighborhood is very walkable and has TONS of street parking for a Long Beach street (I lived here for 7 years, parking is notoriously difficult!).

Barry and Van were great hosts, and very accommodating to our family and pups. We felt right at home, and would definitely stay again.

Jorgen was a great host and extremely accommodating and helpful when we had some last minute illness and had to change our stay duration. The backyard is 10/10 amazing. Beautiful and surprisingly private for the area. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time outside. Thanks for the stay!

We had such a great time enjoying Frank and Jonny’s place. The firepit, the jacuzzi, and the comfy couch were all standouts for us. It made for an easy and enjoyable experience. Perfectly located and very cozy. Thanks for having us!

Great space! Conversation pit was especially a blast. Everything was as described, and it was a nice surprise to find certain amenities better than photos. Johann was consistently responsive and very helpful; a great stay recommended for families and friend groups!

Great place and very clean. Location idea for Disney . Outside lawn was ideal for our dogs. Would stay here again.

David and Ginger are good hosts. They allowed us to get in earlier than the stipulated time. We made good their home and the easy access to Long Beach. They were flexible to us in exiting the home so we could wait there instead of the airport. Thank you

The stay was in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood. The home is cozy and spacious. The village shops and restaurants are walkable. The house included everything you would need to cook and clean. The host are friendly and helpful and the direction for checking in and out were clear. Best part was the pool table!!

We arrived on a Monday, easily found the cottage and got settled. Walked around the neighborhood and found a place nearby for dinner. On Tuesday we had plans in LA and as we were headed back to the cottage a wildfire broke out nearby. We were not familiar enough with the area to feel comfortable guessing at whether we should evacuate or not...and people around us were clearly evacuating. So we ended up leaving, but Julia reached out several times, even though I'm sure she was busy with her house and cottage. Not the vacation that we planned, but we made the best of it. The cottage was really nice.

What a lovely place to visit. Peaceful, woodsy and just what we were looking for. I highly recommend Jessica's home for a mountain getaway. Thank you for the opportunity and hope to visit again!

We had to move to Long Beach because of the fires in LA. Kate was super responsive, accommodating and gracious in every single way. When we were allowed to come back to the house, she let us out with no penalty. The place itself was great for our family, very clean and very walkable. Safe neighborhood. I will stay here again in the future when we come down for a staycation! Thank you, Kate for everything.

Marias place has been my family’s go to vacation spot for the past few years. We love the location. It’s close by all the fun attractions and great food. Maria is so accommodating and makes sure the place is clean and comfortable for our stay. We look forward to returning next year!

This place was INCREDIBLE, one of my best stays yet. Camille’s villa was clean, quiet, and convenient. It was a 30 minute drive to Disney, where we spent all our time. Camille gave great restaurant recommendations and was very responsive. The bed was super comfortable, and did I mention quiet? There was no noise besides the Disney fireworks! I would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks Camille!

Bottom line- would I stay here again? Absolutely. You really can’t get any closer to Disney and still have the comfort of home along with a private pool and the convenience of a kitchen and laundry! The stroller saved us! The optional heated pool was a life saver too! Sure there are some fixes that would make it even better but nothing that would deter us from staying there. There are some obvious DIY upgrades that aren’t the nicest and some areas that could use some upgrades. The towels are a bit thin and feel overly used. Same goes for the linens. Nothing smelled or felt especially fresh. “Master” bathroom floor was a wet mess after showering so we tried to avoid it which meant 7 people trying to share one shower. The kitchen could use more essentials - I wouldn’t consider it well stocked. Silverware felt kinda old and cheap and they need more! Again, overall, it’s a great place if you’ve got a larger group and you’re going to be mostly at the parks!

It was my second time staying here, so obviously I loved it. The backyard is unreal!

This was such a nice home, super comfortable, extremely big enough for my entire family. My kids loved the home and did not want to leave! The neighborhood is so peaceful and quite. There is a park on the main street that is definitely walking distance. John gave us a flexible checkout time, and I am sure would have been flexible with check in if I asked and needed the house sooner. I'd love to book the home again during summer time to enjoy the pool.

Carmen is an outstanding hostess! After a long day on the road with lots of kids, I was overcome by the beautiful Christmas tree and peaceful atmosphere of the house. The house was homey and comfortable and very clean- my expectations were exceeded on all these accounts. Carmen left gifts for us under the tree too. Such a sweet and wonderful gesture. If you are traveling with a large family, this house is a must. I can’t imagine how cramped and noisy a hotel suite would have been for our brood. The kitchen was very well-stocked, which made it easy to prepare our meals. The location is very walkable to the Disney parks and so made a nice excursion one evening for a Christmas dinner outing. Thank you, Carmen, for your hospitality!

Our stay here was everything we were hoping for!! It was spotless and has everything you would need. The home was perfect for our family and we especially loved the care they took to cater to families with small children. The kids room made my granddaughters so happy! They literally thought of everything. We even used the two strollers that were offered. It was really thoughtful to have that as an option and we really appreciated it. The home is in close proximity to Disneyland. You can easily walk if the weather is nice. It’s a great location if you’re visiting Disneyland or a convention or just want to visit Anaheim. We easily drove to all places. We took a walk around the neighborhood and it is very nice. Thank you Howard for being a great host with an equally great home. We will definitely be back!
