Beautiful penthouse in the waterfront area

Guests will love this house for the brightness, silence, the many comforts and the beautiful view of the harbor and the waterfront. In the morning you can enjoy the sun rising from the sea and in the evening appreciate the sea breeze after the heat of the day, or go down to be in the middle of the Crotonese nightlife, eat good fish or a simple pizza in the many places on the waterfront without having to use the car while the children can play in the areas equipped with the inflatables.

La nostra casa di famiglia di origine. L'appartamento è caratterizzato dalle belle cementine originali: è luminoso, fresco, ventilato, ben arredato e accessoriato. Comodo e tranquillo, con ampio e fruibile balcone a di 5 mq, vista e posizione esclusiva ed incantevole. Pratico parcheggio esterno, non custodito ma sicuro (caserme Loc.Pol/Carab), a 100 mt. Il cuore del paese con negozi, markets, bar e ristoranti è raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5' e le spiagge, in auto, in 15'.

Peace & Quiet Shelter

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small kitchen, but very functional. The outdoor space is in common, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or just relax. A few minutes by car there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.
