Pretty in Pink - delightful, cosy chichester house

Delightful two double bedroomed terraced cottage, just 10 minutes walk east of the city centre with its array of tasteful independent shops, restaurants, theatre, cathedral and mainline station. Cosy, comfortable decor and dog-friendly. (One well-behaved dog only please). Gas CH with electric woodburner to living room, downstairs bathroom, recently updated kitchen and secluded and secure courtyard garden. Lovely quiet little road, no through traffic and all local amenities within easy reach.

A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. Sitting right at the foot of the South Downs with all its many walking trails, this cosy cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex village. Just 5 mins from Goodwood, our cosy wooden cabin is set in the South Downs National Park, in a quiet and pretty village. Nestled in a peaceful, private spot at the edge of our garden with lovely views to the open countryside, the cabin gives a feeling of being away from it all and yet is only a 15 min drive to Chichester, a 30 min drive to the sandy beach at West Wittering and just a 3 minute stroll to the village pub. There are lots of lovely walks and cycle routes in the surrounding area.

Lovely private open plan studio in glorious surroundings beneath the South Downs. It is light, airy and very peaceful with stunning views and a private outside seating area. A footpath leads straight from the garden to the South Downs Way and exceptional walking/cycling. There is a celebrated pub, The Three Horseshoes, within walking distance serving great food and local beers. Goodwood (motor and horse racing) is 20 minutes and Midhurst (Cowdray castle) is 6.5 miles. Chichester is 12 miles.

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.
