Beachfront holiday rental in Chiavari

Everything was perfect. Very kind host and ready to intervene. The beachfront location is priceless and the luck of having found good weather was made to appreciate it even more. Thank you also to Mrs. Carla, very kind and helpful.

It was a nice team in the beachfront property. Only thing it was really hard to find anywhere to have a meal and hard to get a taxi in the area. The walking route to the restaurants nearby was closed during our stay with no rerouting option. Also note there is no AC in the living room areas so it was really HOT. Otherwise the rooms were very modern and kitchen super equipped, plan to cook of staying here.

The place was really very nice and everything was as described. The location is really great, both the beach and Portovenere are just a short walk away. Directly in Portovenere, wonderful hiking trails start, so you hardly need the car...The garage is an absolute plus! The communication with Nicoletta was very easy and she gave all the important information in advance. After a few days, we were just allowed to move into an apartment with fantastic sea views and views of the bay, which we really found super nice and not self-evident. We would come back in a heartbeat and spend our vacation here! :)

The view from Elena’s apartment was absolutely spectacular. She is a super friendly and responsive host. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the Nespresso coffee machine was a really nice touch. You can also hear the sea from the bedroom which is so relaxing! The apartment, in addition, is right in the heart of Camogli. A walk along the beach, restaurants, cafes, and hiking trails are all just a stones throw away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

We feel very fortunate to have spent 3 nights in this beautiful home. The home was cosy and relaxing and the views from the bedroom window would have to be some of the best in the whole Cinque Terre.

An excellent apartment equipped with everything needed for a one-week stay. Great location, very convenient: the city center is 15 minutes away, and the metro is nearby if needed. Giulia is a kind and understanding host, always available and responsive. Highly recommended!

The apartment has the flavor and charm of Sori's ancient carrugi. Well renovated and comfortable, it has all the needs for a vacation period. From the window of the salt à manger so you can enjoy a beautiful view of the gulf. The building is quiet and easy to get to.

Great location with amazing sunset view from the private terrace and beach access. Our host went above and beyond to meet us early and left us with some delicious focaccia bread which is the regions specialty.

We had a great time at Lorenzo's place. The villa is a bit outdated, but we felt very comfortable. Hot water for showering sometimes took an incredibly long time, as it's an old instantaneous water heater that provides warm water. The garden and terrace over the sea are fantastic.

This is the second year we decide to spend a few days in Nervi during the Christmas holidays staying in the apartments managed by Lidia. The studio is located in a residence a few steps from the Passeggiata di Nervi and the train station, which also offers a great connection for those who want to go to downtown Genoa. The apartment is optimally equipped, with towels, washing machine, a large wall equipped with kitchen, dishes, pots, dishes, etc., a sofa and a bed and a half. Lidia was a very kind, proactive and accurate host in providing information.

WOW! This villa has the most stunning views of any place I have ever stayed. Elisabetta was so wonderful to us and responded immediately with any questions that we had. The accommodations were wonderful and the grounds of the villa were impeccable. We hope to return one day soon!

My favorite place !! Beautiful view very clean apartment got everything and more to prepare dinner love cooking and looking at the view location is amazing. Host is wonderful thank you so much. I’ll be back soon.

we were a group of 4 people that stayed one night, check in/out was very easy and could be done by ourselves, everything was clean and the view was absolutely stunning! especially sunrise views were absolutely worth getting up early for!! perfect for one or a few more nights 🦋

Small apartment with a breathtaking view of the sea (see photos). It is very well arranged and nothing is missing, both in the amenities and in the daily products. Giuseppe and Samantha are an extra team: the cleanliness of the place is remarkable, this apartment is impeccable. And Giuseppe is a generous and friendly host who was very responsive. The apartment has parking, access to a private pool, very nice terraces and the sea. It is in a great location to get to the pretty villages nearby. La dolce Vita assured. Thank you so much to our lovely hosts!

Daniela is a great host! She even took over our restaurant reservations with great recommendations! The view is really priceless. Unfortunately, the swimming pool or the people living there are a little lively, but Daniela can't do anything about that. Facility super well maintained and apartment perfectly equipped! We will be back!

This was an awesome spot. Steps from the beach and quiet area. Best if you have a car as it’s a 20 min walk from the train station and buses, don’t come as often. Very clean space. Gio was a super helpful host! He responded quickly, gave lots of recommendations and made special accommodations for us. Thank you Gio!

We had a wonderful week in this magnificent apartment with direct views of the sea from the parlor and from the bedroom. A small balcony on the house side is available, however, as the view of the sea is limited there, we preferred to go down the short stairs and spend time there on the wonderful pebble beach. The apartment is very nice and conveniently furnished, we felt immediately comfortable. We arrived by train at Nervi train station and in 15 minutes on a fantastic walk along the sea, you can reach the apartment. A small shop is a 5-minute walk away, all the larger shops are a 15-minute walk away or you can also take the bus. We made excursions by train (Cinque Terre, Genoa), all very easily accessible. Nervi itself is very nice with the large park and not as touristy as other places on the coast, as no tourist ship lands.

We had a great time. Alessandro is very kind and helpful. The apartment is very nice and in a great position. Very comfortable and equipped with anything you need during your stay.

We loved Camogli. The location is wonderful, right on the promenade. The views from the balcony are stunning. I always had my Aperol looking at the sunset, it is magical.

Beautiful view of the sea and great big place to stay! It can be a little louder through the main road, but that's within reach. To get to the village center, you have to walk a bit or take the bus to the neighboring village.

We had a lovely stay at Sofia’s. The view was amazing and she was very helpful.

Petra's apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. Location and view are the aspects that most characterize it, but the interior spaces are nicely furnished, in December it was perfectly heated, everything functional and perfectly clean. We had a good time in 4, it is a great base for exploring the coast and the highest paths with sea views. I hope we'll be back in other seasons too - Nervi has a wonderful sea and beautiful parks.

We had a great time at Luca's home! Its beachfront position, with the beautiful view of the Bay of Moneglia is its major asset, and makes it forget its more "vintage" amenities, which could be improved for more quality and comfort for guests. Other positive points: Luca's warm welcome and advice, the parking space, and the proximity to the train station (5 minutes walk) making it easy and quick to reach the Cinque Terre and the other beautiful coastal towns of Liguria.
