Holiday houses in Chiaravalle

The landlord is commercial. Daniel, who takes care of the property, but was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. What also pleased us very much was the mineral water in glass bottles, which was already waiting for us in the fridge. The location was really particularly nice with views to the sea and the mountains and very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. The mosquito screens on the windows were very good and also necessary. If you are preferred by mosquitoes, you should think about mosquito repellent and electric stitch healers. Unfortunately, the mattresses of the beds were too hard for my husband. An optional soft mattress topper could provide a simple remedy. The garden was large and everything was well maintained, but unfortunately there was not a single flowering shrub. A few colorful oleanders, some lavender and rosemary would be really good for the empty garden. All in all it was a relaxing stay, we relaxed well. Thanks Daniel!

We (three teenagers, my wife and I) stayed for a week in Agneta’s and Tjabo’s place Casa Aquila. The environment is beautiful. Although is quite isolated we loved it, even the kids. The (private) pool made the place, but also Agneta’s and Tjabo’s kindness. We baked our own pizza’s in the pizza oven (together with our hosts) and barbecued a couple of times. The house is nice and well equipment with a basic bathroom. Two good bedrooms and a bunk bed in a smaller room for the kids. If you looking for a calm place in summertime where you can chill at the pool side with eagles flying above your head, than this is the place.

Heaven on earth. The place is wonderful, in the middle of the countryside and tranquility, the house is very nice and equipped with everything you need and the outdoor space is nothing short of amazing. Irena is kind and helpful. Renè is an exquisite person. I hope to return in the future.

Impeccable, new and well furnished house. Attention to detail and kindness from the homeowner. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is cool. I enjoyed the quiet and my daughter also slept very well at the Blue Pearl.

we had a great time, Alex and his wife are kind and helpful people at any time. I appreciated the fact that they welcomed our three dogs, and it is not easy for a host to accommodate more than one especially large ones. Although the apartment is close to the road and the station it was not annoying. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes although we used the car for the convenience of the dogs

The attic is really nice, spacious and super equipped. Despite being on the coast, it remains a great base for visiting the Marche, even inland. It is close to supermarkets and gas stations and the many restaurants and bars of Porto San Giorgio and Porto Sant'Elpidio, in a quiet square, a short walk from the SS Adriatica, where it is easy to find parking. Sabrina was a great host with her advice and her presence was never intrusive. We recommend it for visiting beautiful areas.

Very nice and friendly owner

The house is an absolute gem, excellently equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The secluded location in beautiful countryside lets you relax and immediately feel at home. The many beautiful seating options in the beautifully landscaped garden and pool offer plenty of opportunities to relax. The contact person on site was incredibly nice and very helpful, check-in and check-out were completely straightforward. Janet was available at all times and responded very quickly to requests. Definitely one of the most beautiful houses I have ever rented. Unfortunately, we were only there for a week, but we'd love to come back, so that's possible.
