Holiday houses in Chiang Kham District

Our family visited this farm for the second time, and we are very satisfied. The farm is surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for walking. It’s very quiet and authentic here. We enjoyed every single day of our stay. Mr. Chu, his wife, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, assisting us in many ways. Thank you so much! We highly recommend this place for a visit.

The place is beautiful, cared for in every detail. Getting to the sunset gives beautiful colors. We ordered dinner and breakfast for the next day and everything was punctual and matched our requests. 1000 Stars is a perfect name for this beautiful place!

The place is a short walk from lotus and nearby many nice country roads for a walk, has parking, and has a very well put together kitchen, comfy sofa, huge smart tv, and just everything was good - Sutheera (the lady who we met to checkin) was very kind and gave us many recommendations. If we're ever in Phayao again we'd definitely stay again.

My parents and friends had a great time at Nikki’s place. House was spacious and the swimming pool was great. They rent the car to go around Chiang Rai and can cook at the house so it’s very easy and relaxed.

I like the serenity, the decor, the hospitality, clean, spacious. Most importantly, friendly to dogs and cats. Khun Bee and his family were very welcoming. It felt like a home away from home. The cat stopped slipping out of the room. Everyone was very nice. They were able to find it in a very early time. If you have to go back to Phayao again, you will want to go back and stay in the same place. I would recommend it for a group of friends or family with family as our favorite. Good for your heart. 💚💚💚

Extremely clean and spacious, beautiful surrounding with lots of greens and a lake. Very quiet too. Most importantly, Kook is extremely helpful, she even waited for us when we had to check in a few hours later than the standard time. Kook is very helpful in trying to suggest places for food, and we received 2 big jars of handmade jam cookies that was very delicious! All appliances works well and aircond is cold. The only small area that can be improve is the water heater, if you turn on full shower than the water will not be hot. The light outside Room 1 attracts a lot of small insects at night too, so will keep the door and window close all the time. Lots of space and the sofa / seating area is outdoor, so for those prefer to stay outdoor, it can be a nice change. Great value for money and very clean and quiet. You do need to have your own transport though as it is tucked away and about 15 ~ 20 mins to the town center. We had a lovely time and Kook is a great host! Thank You!

Great little stay! Despite the language barrier, Jirapinya was very helpful with the check in process and providing information on the area. Breakfast was provided and there was also a menu available for lunch and dinner. Getting to the forest park is another 5-6min car ride (or 45-60min walk) but there is a shuttle service that comes early morning to take you for 80thb. Will definitely be staying again in the future.
