Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Chiaia, Napoli

Don’t rely on Google maps. After taking the Alibus to the port, it’s a straight walk through Plaza Municipo, keep going straight and you’re there in 10-15 mins. Google maps route suggested 25min walk - weird route. Must have over looked the photos but couple of things to note….no lounge and no windows. Very busy area right next door to the Maradonna Museum. Plenty to do and see - loads of walking and easy to use Metro - good value for money. Quite noisy at night though - mopeds everywhere - and a fair bit of noise from upstairs neighbours. We did sleep well though - good beds and bedding. All in all good place to stay in the heart of Naples and Rita is a superb host.

My friend and I stayed in Manto's apartment in the past few days and had a really good time! Everything is super clean and modern and a top location (even if in the quiet center thanks to the inner courtyard it overlooks). Absolutely positive experience to do again😊😊😊

We had a great stay. Spacious apartment with a lot of windows, all the facilities you need (including a fully equipped kitchen with good pans), clean and a kind and helpfull host. As a bonus you get a nice view over part of the city and the green garden of the building downstairs (there is no acces to the garden, but it's nice to look at). 10 minutes walk or so to the metro or bus to visit various things in Napels. We liked that the appartment was in a more local neigbourhoud, and not in a fancy touristic neighbourhood. Felt safe. The only disadvantage are the hard beds. So if that is a problem for you this apartment might not be the best fit. But besides that, a great place to stay.

excellent welcome from Gennaro who gave us all useful information for a perfect and quiet vacation. He was always attentive to our needs. comfortable apartment with a fantastic view. Quiet. Equipped with all working appliances. Super clean environment. convenient to the metro and all sites reachable in 10 -15 min walk. We felt right at home! Gennaro! Thank you very much ☺️🫶

I celebrated my 30th birthday in Naples and needed a B&B to host some friends. The location in the Spanish Quarters is tactical both for dinners and evenings and for visiting the city. The apartment is large and clean, with the advantage of having coffee pods and cookies for breakfast. Marcella is a nice and always responsive host. Highly recommended!

Wonderful apartment, much bigger than what appears in the photos. Very nice ceiling height and the view is sublime over Naples, the sea and Vesuvius. Quick tip: get up early to enjoy the sunrise which is beautiful. The location is in the Spanish neighborhood which is a very typical Napoli neighborhood which is great for immersing yourself in Neapolitan life and close to lots of great places to eat in particular. Friendly, responsive and accommodating host!

Roberto is a kind and helpful person . Clean and cozy apartment, you can walk to the airport and public transport . We are a family of 4 , we had a great time and will definitely be back .

It's amazing how small a place is stocked with everything you might need, this makes it seem huge and you'll feel like you don't need anything else! From the “infirmary” corner to the books to read, to the iron. Nothing was missing! She is really welcoming and Maria was very kind and waited for us to check in because unfortunately we were arriving late. It's a great stop for a stay in Portici, even the super great location!

A perfect stay. Maria's house is comfortable, thoughtfully cared for and perfectly equipped, in an ideal location: quiet and very comfortable for those like us who arrive from the airport, with many restaurants nearby where you can eat (great!!) even late at night. The station is a 5-minute walk away, perfect for getting around the city and nearby. Maria, the owner, was very kind, welcoming and helpful, ready to answer any questions and give us great advice. We couldn't have asked for more, thank you so much !

We highly recommend Marina's apartment. Marina and her family are great hosts and very responsive to our questions. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the view of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius is fantastic. The surrounding neighbourhood is a mix of old and new and very interesting, with a number of shops nearby. We had a great time and we would definitely stay here again!

Paola's house is very welcoming and tastefully furnished. It is well organized and has everything you need for a stay in Naples. It is located in a residential area very well served both in terms of public transport (Cumana line station a few hundred meters away that takes you to the heart of Naples and Mergellina metro station which is a 10-minute walk) and in terms of shops and small supermarkets . The apartment is very quiet and allows you to rest after busy days visiting Naples. Paola is very available for any advice and/ or needs. Highly recommended .

Perfectly located close to Napoli Centrale! We needed a base for travel to Herculaneum before going to Pompeii and Sorrento. Luigi and Anna’s place was so clean and easy to get to! Further, the hosts were incredibly receptive, and even allowed us to check in our luggage early so we could travel to Herculaneum before the flat was ready! Super friendly and helpful Anna did everything to guide us and make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend their place if you want something close to the station!

Margarita’s apartment was great, quiet and peaceful, it has everything we needed, we enjoyed our stay! Host was very nice and responsive, answered our questions timely. Only challenging part is the stairs but when you get to balcony and looking at the beautiful views, it is all worth and makes sense!

A really wonderful stay. There were no problems at all. Perfect communication, and the apartment is clean, beautiful and recently renovated. All three bedrooms nicely decorated with very good beds. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room with a terrace is very pleasant and homely. The location is good with a bus stop nearby and the main station accessible on foot. I highly recommend!

Character/ambience: Elegant/colorful with tasteful selection of furniture pieces/ lamps and mirrors, wooden /tiled floors, nice terrace with greenery and heritage windows with shutters. Be prepared to climb stairs as it’s a historical building. Location: Quiet cobblestone passage close to one of most elegant streets/ areas full of life and high-end shopping. Take note of a bit of walking needed including stairs if you want to get to some public transport stops. Amenities: Top-notch selection of everything needed - nice tableware, glasses and kitchen items plus there are basic condiments and olive oil and coffee pads. Detergent is available if washing needed. Walk-in shower was very nice. WiFi was excellent. Host: Francesca provided clear instructions on everything for the arrival and stay in the apartment and enjoyment of the area and the city, and was fast on responding to any inquiries. Strongly recommended if you want to enjoy Neapolitan elegance and sophistication.
