Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chia

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

Very spacious house furnished with care and equipped with every comfort for a very pleasant stay. Very nice large terrace with sea view, with a huge table to eat and equipped with sun loungers and armchairs to sunbathe or relax with views of the island of San Pietro. Very comfortable covered parking space on the property. Portoscuso is a small town but there are restaurants, two large supermarkets, a great ice cream shop and some shops. In ten days we visited the beautiful beaches of the area reaching Piscinas, Porto Flavia, the islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, the city of Iglesias. Sulcis was a beautiful discovery; to recommend. Paola welcomed us very warmly, also available to leave us flexibility in arrival and departure times.

Marcello's house has allowed us to spend a relaxing vacation and enjoy the beauty of nearby beaches both on foot and by car. The house is functional, clean and the double amenities are very convenient for families. Within walking distance are restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, etc. Marcello's tips were a great help.

We had a lovely holiday. The pools are fantastically beautiful. However, we have to say quite honestly if we hadn't been there with friends who lived in the villa, some of it would have been a bit difficult. The seating in front of the pool house is available but very hot until the evening. Kitchen is available with everything you need but with a very very small work surface that makes it very difficult to cook. But that was no problem for us as we spent most of the time at the villa. We had chosen these cottages because the description said there is the villa and the pool house, but the pool house is a semi-detached house that is also inhabited. There are other cottages on the premises and there is a kiosk and another pool(which is fantastic), but day guests also come to the property. It's all just a heads up. We had a great stay despite everything.

Massimo's cottage is a little secluded, a gravel road leads a few hundred meters along the coast to this cozy and quiet spot. The Spaggia dei Francesi (small lagoon with crystal clear water and fine-grained, white sand) is located about 200m from the house. The garden with a pool and a large barbecue area is surrounded by a protective wall. The cottage offers plenty of space and is great for a stay with two families or a group. We sincerely thank you for Massimo's hospitality! Glad to come back!

The detached villa is located directly at the beach and thus has a great location. The view of the sea every morning was outstanding. The beach section right in front of the house is clean and quiet. The welcome by Laura, Marco's mother, was very warm and welcoming (Sardinian sweets, sparkling wine and ice cream as a welcome greeting). Communication with Marco and Laura was straightforward and friendly. The amenities and spaces have exceeded the description and pictures in the ad. The garden furniture has been renewed, for example, and the rooms are brighter and friendlier than on the pictures. The equipment of the house is excellent: a kayak, loungers for the garden, a warm outdoor shower, the kitchen was also very well equipped - only a dishwasher we missed something. We had a group of 10 people (2 children) and found room in the property. Thanks so much for a great week! We would come back any time!

We loved Kate's secret garden so much! So close to the beach, shops, and Cagliari. Very peacefull atmosphere, and a holiday feeling. We could feel the love and care that is put in the Airbnb. It was perfect for our stay with 2 teenagers. And the weather and seawater was still nice in oktober. Thank you so much!

Alice our host was very welcoming and helpful. The villa is extremely good value for money, views are amazing, and the pool is heated to perfection, in fact 'awesome'!!! Good wifi, tap water that is great to drink and everything you could need. 2 minute walk to lovely beach and beach bar open even in February! Thank you Alice from all of us!

Beautiful landscape and manicured garden. The rooms are very clean and fragrant, the accommodation is equipped with all the comforts , it is also in a strategic position that allows you to visit the most beautiful beaches a few kilometers from each other. Valentina is a very kind host, she has provided us with a lot of information to visit places of interest nearby. Self check-in was very much appreciated. Thanks Valentina! Strictly recommended.

Andrea’s Airbnb made our visit to Sardinia so special. It was decorated in a beautiful fashion and utterly pristine! Very spacious too and fully equipped with lots of extra bedding and towels, a fully stocked kitchen (including an all-important Nespresso machine - with lots of pods!) and tasteful furnishings throughout. Andrea gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and walks. A highlight was dinner at La Nuova Trattoria, a seafood restaurant where Andrea’s recommendations for dishes took us on a culinary adventure. We also hiked up to Sella Del Diavolo and enjoyed exploring Cagliari, which is about a half an hour drive. I would love to return and make use of the standing desks for remote work. Would highly recommend renting a car to explore the nearby areas including the beautiful beaches.

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

Nice, very clean flat. Wonderful terrace with great view. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bus-stop closeby, easy to get to the centre. Very quiet surroundings, we felt safe. We had some problems with the door-lock, and got help immediately from Emanuelas brother. Emanuela was always helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Great stay!

Giancarlo's place was pleasant and peaceful. The view from the terrace is really beautiful. The accommodation is practical and spacious. Thanks to the person below who was lovely and gave us some good pomegranates. Good communication with the host. We can park in the courtyard safely. Nearby beaches are very pretty. Very nice stay.

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

We stayed at Marwan's place for last two nights on Sardinia and I must say the terrace and it's view is unbelievable! 🤩. Marwan is great owner, very friendly and replying straight ahead. Also he let us stay for late checkout and that was good too. I can highly recommend to stay at his place.

House with a breathtaking view of the port of Cagliari and super flexible staff with check-in time

The stay was great - top equipped apartment in a quiet area with wonderful sea views. By car, they are easy to reach beautiful beaches on the south coast as well as restaurants and supermarkets, etc. Communication was excellent and the hostess is very nice, flexible and warm. We are happy to recommend this apartment 😊

Francesca's apartment is very bright, clean and equipped with all equipment. We stayed in the winter and it turned out to be warm and comfortable despite the low eternal temperatures. It is conveniently located, not far from areas where you can park for free.

Massimo was an AMAZING host. Proactive, organized, attentive, and kind. You truly have everything you need right at your fingertips. The apartment is located perfectly to walk into town at night and a parking space just for your car. (a little tight but this is Italy) He even helped us find the best beach due to wind direction. We would come back here in a heartbeat, this was truly a special place.
