We had a great stay at Raegan's place! The kids especially loved the pool, which was a highlight of our trip. The house felt very private and was conveniently close to shops, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. Raegan was very responsive and tried to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The house was well-stocked with essentials, like kitchen dishes and extra pillows. Some of the appliances, like the dishwasher and washing machine, were quite old, which made doing dishes and laundry a bit challenging. The firepit and BBQ could also use some updates. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we'd recommend it for families looking for a relaxing getaway with a pool. --- Let me know if you'd like to tweak anything further!

I am struggling to describe how beautiful this property and just how amazing the stay was. From the moment we opened the door we were in love, the house is stunning and has so much space to move around. Then you open the patio and walk into heaven, stunning pool and bar area (which we used every evening to eat) to views of the sea which are to die for. We had Dolphins under the dock just inches away from my children's feet, Pelicans popping bye to say hello in the morning whilst I say and had a coffee and sunsets that made all thoughts disappear as I drifted to a dream world. The memories and photos my family have of our 3 week stay will stay with us for ever and we will 100% be returning to this little slice of heaven

We had a lovely stay - it was a great long weekend away (highly recommend a January trip here if you’re from the Midwest!). The location was perfect, a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Clean and spacious - it was an ideal space for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a day out and about. The rooftop was pretty nice too. A tip is to bring your own toiletries - although there was plenty of hand soap in each bathroom, the place does not provide shampoo or soap, so make sure you bring your own. Jimmy was a great host, and very responsive to our questions. Thanks again for everything. We are hoping to come back again!

House was clean and well stocked, everything we needed for our stay. Nice, private patio. Located in a quiet, older neighborhood.

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

Everything was as advertised. The only issue, which was minor is that the TV didn't work. Would recommend if needing for a day or two.

I loved staying there with my husband and children! The impeccable arrival, the beach super close, we went twice to the restaurant that was recommended by The Salk Rock Grill , we went walking with family , we loved it, the spectacular beach! If you want to spend a few quiet days with the family, this place is ideal! From the airport we went to publix we bought the necessary inputs then we went to the accommodation! Everything is as in his description. We went to the beach we had a super great family weekend, the comfortable beds, the impeccable facilities, we loved the recommendations! Thank you, we are for a weekend that we loved! As we were on a plane from Atlanta and moved on Uber really take a while to get there.. but we were relaxed as we are used to fast life but here is something else we need to live! We will be back soon!!! We loved it!

We love Dunedin and Jeanne’s place was a great find! It was so cute, had everything we needed and was in the perfect spot! Nice, quiet street in a beautiful place! We wil definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Beachy Paradise. The house and amenities were accurately listed. Location is absolutely perfect and we were very happy with our stay. Host communication was helpful and quick. We will visit again!

We had a great stay in this apartment, which had everything we needed in order to make our holiday comfortable and satisfactory. Amenities and planning corresponds well to the description and photos. The location is a great starting point to discover the neighborhoods as well as surrounding cities and sights. The grocery store as well as some restaurants are within walking distance from the apartment. Anastasios and Gary are very responsive and informative both prior- as well as under our stay, which was much appreciated. I can only give my best recommendations for this place. We hope to come back again one day soon.
