Great place, very well located in the center of Bourges, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is as in the photos, the bedding is at the top for sleeping and the seating area with the two sofas is ideal for quiet seating in the evening in front of the TV. I booked for a week because I had training in Bourges with two other colleagues, the three of us loved this apartment

Excellent stay at Heidi. A bubble of well-being and refinement. An incredibly equipped kitchen. When we arrived, everything was there to fill us. Heidi is an outstanding host. The place is not only a delight for the look but also an experience of pleasures of the senses. My daughter and I loved the bedding. Sancerre and Charité sur Loire a stone's throw away, the program is not complicated to organize... Can't wait to return to the sunny days.

Great stay for more than a month. All the comforts are provided, super equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, sofa, comfortable bed, there is always room to park..... Very nice place, responsive host. I recommend it without a problem.

I had an unforgettable stay at this charming countryside house near Sancerre! The location is absolutely perfect for anyone looking to escape into nature. The house is nestled in a serene setting with stunning views of the surrounding vineyards and hills. A small stream runs right by the property, adding to the peaceful ambiance with the gentle sound of flowing water. The tranquility here is unmatched, making it the ideal spot to relax and unwind. The host was above all expectations — warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. They provided excellent recommendations for local vineyards and attractions and went out of their way to make our stay special. If you're looking for a place to recharge with breathtaking views and a truly welcoming experience, this is it! Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant weekend with friends in February 2025 at Véronique's. Communication was very easy, the accommodation was as described, very clean, well-equipped and very easy to access. In the bedrooms the heating is with reversible air conditioners so can be a little noisy at night but it can be adjusted. Otherwise stay at the top in a peaceful, quiet setting. A very good bakery and a very well-stocked grocery store are 20 seconds from the accommodation. In the village there is also a friendly restaurant. I would recommned this property.

Nice old farm in the middle of nowhere with a large private garden. Great for the kids to play after a day of car driving.

A perfect stay in the little house offered by Sophie. Everything is done to feel good: swimming pool, fireplace, games, top kitchen equipment, linens etc. We enjoyed these 4 days and the equipment made available for our 7-month-old daughter was perfect too!

Nice place to stay that meets our expectations , self check-in and the place is secure. 50 meters from the city center. Very efficient and cordial email exchanges. For reasons we don't know, we've had access to a superior game home. 🙏🙏🙏 We really enjoyed this sales note. No problem parking, and the large parking lot is really a 2 minute walk to the property. everything is almost new, clean and reassuringly hygienic. Go with confidence.

Great place in a quiet and peaceful environment!

ideal location in Bourges city center. parking (with parkmetre) is a 1min walk. Several shops and restaurants nearby. The only "negative" point of our stay is the very cold temperature in the living room despite the heating activation. Cover yourself well if you come in winter
