Holiday houses in Cheignieu-la-Balme

I stayed for one month at Juan's studio apartment. Overall it was an extremely comfortable stay. Juan was always responsive to my messages and helped me check in into the apartment. location is great, very close to bus stop to go to Geneva. The apartment had all amenities as stated and Juan even arranged for cleaning mid way during the stay. He also helped me with a taxi to get to the airport. Thanks Juan. I will definitely stay in same apartment next time.

Our stay went very well in this duplex apartment. The apartment is very clean and very well-equipped. We had a beautiful terrace with beautiful lake views. The location is ideal for walking access to the shores of the lake. The ability to park your car in the residence is a real plus. Thank you to the warm welcome from the owner! We'll be happy to go back.

Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. Very well located at the Petit Port in Annecy. It's all about walking or cycling. Very nice apartment (heating a little just in the winter). Very well equipped kitchen.

Great first stay in the Tiny House. The place was clean when we arrived, true to photos. Very nice environment, close to the river Ain, relatively quiet despite the proximity to parking. Yann is very friendly and responsive. We recommend a dinner at the restaurant "Le Carbet" located directly opposite, great atmosphere, very nice shaded terrace and delicious dishes. You can feel the host's careful arrangement, the room is clean, the functional area is reasonable, all kinds of tableware are complete, and the lights are bright. Two heaters were arranged very considerately. Easy parking, 5 mins walk to bakeries and small supermarkets. Close to the lake, 5 mins drive.

Marla is very friendly and welcoming. We spent 3 very pleasant days in its very functional and very clean accommodation. the environment is very quiet. the accessibility of the lake and the city center on foot is a real plus. Thanks again for everything.

I only had a very short stay at Patrice's and we did not have the opportunity to meet but I appreciated his responsiveness to each of my messages. Accommodation 10 steps from the village. Discovery courses and hiking trails in every corner, nature lovers will be delighted.
