Vous apprécierez notre logement très "cocoon" et atypique, situé dans un charmant petit village ardéchois "Lanas", à proximité de l'Ardèche. Le studio est fonctionnel et idéal pour 2 personnes. De plain pied, il a une entrée indépendante sur une cour fermée (utile si vous avez des vélos)... L'appartement se compose d'un coin cuisine/repas très bien équipé et une chambre séparée, avec 1 lit confort (160×200cm) + 1 sdb/wc. Il est ouvert sur une grande terrasse, bien exposée pour le farniente🌞😎

Formally a fortified castle “Fort de La Bastide “ was constructed on the site of a Roman military station. The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "most beautiful villages in France". Ideal for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my grandfathers), whose foundations are from the 13th century. I just finished the complete renovation. The rental allows me to finance the rest. My place is close to the Ardèche River. You'll love it because of the views, the decor, and the pebble alleyways. In summer, I prefer week-long stays from Saturday to Saturday.
