Cottage holiday rentals in Chausey

Had a wonderful stay with my husband and little girl. 10min drive to the beach, and lots more beautiful beaches close by. The cottage is very nice, espcially the kitchen area where we spent most of our time when indoors. Lovely patio for eating outside and hot tub and lots of games to play in the garden which was fun as we had good weather. My little girl loved seeing the sheep and chickens. We found many little towns and things to do for day trips. Would recommend - and Sonia was so friendly and helpful!

We had a wonderful family stay at the property. A beautiful peaceful setting. We loved the wood burning hot hub and the pizza oven. Gym was great, and games/family chill room was perfect for kids to have their own space seperate from the main living/dining area inside. Jack and Richard on hand and very responsive. Richard even popped over right away with fire lighters on night one when the previous guests had left an empty box which was very helpful.

The cottage is very neat, the equipment is quality. The activities offered are easily usable. Chantal is very attentive to her hosts and is always ready to answer their questions! Quiet and serenite for this weekend with friends . Useful shops are in the immediate vicinity! A stay that met our expectations!

We had a great time at the La Mer cottage! Thank you to Raphaël and Celine for their kindness and responsiveness. The place was perfect (very clean and the same as described). The bathtub is a very nice plus. The location is perfect with a very quiet and peaceful environment, 30 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel and Saint-Malo. We highly recommend this listing!

Staying with Jeanette and Brian was truly a pleasure. We were greeted by them in person upon our arrival and immediately felt like welcomed guests. We had an amazing time in the amazing farm house. Our first morning started with our children hand feeding the sheep and chickens, and getting fresh eggs from the coop! An experience my children loved!

A quiet house, wooded and equipped as you imagine. Nothing was missing. The heating, small wood for the fireplace and jaccuzi were already ready. The plus is the hot tub, operational H24. the house is spacious and nickel. Ellie is very considerate and thought of everything. Wonderful weekend of relaxation.

We were delighted with our weekend in Le Verotin. Sandrine and her husband are very welcoming and adorable hosts. The place is lovely we will gladly go back and highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay here in the Normandy countryside. The house is well equipped, the kitchen is good and has great views over the neighbouring farm. We cooked our meals here, the nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes away for supplies. The bed was comfortable but may not suit if you are extra tall.

Cosy, beautifully decorated, extremely clean place. The beds are confortable. The surroundings are stunning. I have enjoyed so much morning runs around. The place may not be convenient though for elderly people, as the bedrooms and toilets are not located on the same flour, this was not a problem in our case (myself & my two teenagers). Damien was very friendly, pleasant, flexible, responsive, proactive and provided us with helpful local recommandations for buying local products and visits around. The kitchen is well equipped, but has no dish washer, which was not an issue for us. I strongly recommend this place and I would seriously reconsider it for another visit in the same region. Thanks for having us, we have spent a fantastic week, the place being close to the most important landmarks (Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Cancale, Avranches, Granville & Chausey archipelago, D Day landings beach’s & memorials).

Katie, our dog Jesse and I had a lovely peaceful break at Jeanne's cottage. Jeanne provided lots of helpful info about check-in, which was flexible and the local surrounding area for things to do. The house was warm and really well equipped, with lovely dinner sets and a welcome bottle of her local Pommeau de Normandie, which was delicious. The pantry cupboard is well stocked with all the necessities, so you don't need to buy everything in your first shop. The surrounding area both in Normandy and into Brittany, is really pretty, reminds me a lot of Devon in some ways, with big beautiful sandy beaches and rocky coves. Plus, some of the best seafood we've eaten in ages. If you love oysters, you'll love this area. I would love to come back in the spring/summer to experience it in warmer weather and longer evenings, but it was a perfect break in winter, too.

Great hosts with very nice surprises upon arrival. Very delicious home pancake cider and fresh flowers. Beautiful cottage I would happily recommend. a pleasant week with the sun.

Definitely a super-host! 5 star! Amazing location in a picturesque setting! Fabienne was more than accommodating! She even opened her art gallery on the premises for me! Love her art as it is hung in the unit we stayed in as well! Tastefully and stylishly designed in a rustic farm house! Absolutely perfect for us! We loved it!!!

The accommodation is functional and properly equipped. We can easily prepare meals for two thanks to the 2 plates and the small multifunction oven, as well as the microwave . The cleanliness of the space and bedding is impeccable. The view of Mont St Michel from the house is beautiful. The environment is extremely peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the hearty (very hearty) breakfasts (with extra charge ) prepared homemade with quality products. We loved the butter, the jams, the cakes, the croissants and the fresh bread... not very hungry for lunch after that ... Virginia and Michel are very friendly. Virginia gave us tips on local activities and restaurants. There are many leaflets and a list of restaurants available in the house.

Very nice immersion in the Normandy countryside! A perfect place for lovers of calm, forest walks, conviviality by the fire. And thank you to our hosts for their availability and hospitality!

Very pleasant stay, very bright and functional small house with a fine and neat decoration in which you feel really good. Impeccable cleanliness, amenities as advertised and photos. Very nice garden, excellent bedding. Ideally located for enjoying the region, Saint Briac, Saint Lunaire, Saint Malo, Dinard and the wonderful coast; and above all the beautiful beach of Longchamp ideal for discovering and practicing surfing. Excellent stay at Catherine's, the house is located in a peaceful location in the middle of the forest with a river passing in front. The house is in a very clean state and it is very well equipped (dishes, bedding, appliances...) On top of all that, Catherine is very friendly and welcoming 👌 Don't miss this gem...

We had a lovely stay at Andrews lovely cottage. The accommodation was much more generously proportioned than we expected, the bedroom with the bunk bed and single bed particularly was really spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of hot water. Andrew and family incredibly friendly and helpful.

Extended romantic weekend at Rachel's. What happiness, a total change of scenery away from the crowds and the city. Perfect for rejuvenating Entirely in nature and beautiful stars thanks to the little light pollution. Clean accommodation and hotel-like bedding I'd recommend it without a second thought

Isabelle is a very welcoming and available host. Before we arrived , Isabelle had lit the stove for our comfort . We had a pleasant stay in the cottage.

We were looking for peace and quiet before the noise with firecrackers, for us and our dog. In Germany, it's too noisy three days before New Year's Eve. It was beautiful here. And very quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything perfect. Thank you for the hospitality. For the turn of the year, there was even champagne in the fridge for us. It was a dream vacation, our dog was very happy. The beach by the lighthouse is particularly attractive, at low tide until the next village, at high tide. The paths in the dunes are good to go.
