I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The hosts are genuine and friendly, I truly felt welcome as their guest. The room is impeccably clean and spacious, and the private bathroom has all necessities. There’s also a great view of the neighbourhood, which gives a true parisian feeling :-) It’s also practical that the metro is close by. All in all: I highly recommend this home for a trip to Paris!

Guy and Fadia are adorable hosts, we always felt very comfortable, the two always took great care of us. It was beautiful to hear their stories and get inspired by their experience. It's definitely not a given what they do for their guests. The warmth, the accommodating, their stories, and much more have made us feel. If you want to spend a nice time in Paris and at the same time get to know an authentic host family, you are very well taken care of. I highly recommend everyone to have this experience, we really enjoyed it and we would repeat it at every opportunity. Many thanks to the two of you.

What a great find! All of the employees at this establishment were cheerful and friendly, eager to make our stay wonderful. The room was clean and bright, with a lovely street view. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There were amenities nearby the hotel and the metro was just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel---it was the best weeklong rental we could have secured. We will return!

A perfect stay! Alain was incredibly kind and considerate. The room was comfortable and full of charm. The location was very convenient, safe, and quiet, just a three-minute walk from the metro station. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. It was a truly delightful experience, and if I visit Paris again, this would definitely be my top choice for accommodation!

This place is a Paris GEM! You can't beat the location - just steps away from the metro, cafe's and restaurants. Our bedroom and bathroom were clean, bright, and comfortable with everything provided to make us feel welcome and right at home. The hostess was just delightful! Awaiting us each morning was hot coffee and warm croissants! And the view from our bedroom window! Wow! There are no words to convey how magical it was to lay in bed each night and watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle - and awaken the next morning to see it again. It was like a dream. Best hôte ever ! So indeed there is the high quality of the room, bedding and luxury bed linen, private bathroom... There is also proximity to the metro, excellent sound insulation, beautiful terrace... But above all, there is Cathy's hospitality, delicacy, and quality of attention. I felt incredibly pampered!

Fabrice is a great host. The apartment is really beautiful and has all the amenities we needed. Super recommended for young people, that's because it's on a 5th floor by stairs, but it's worth it.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is conveniently located close to the metro station, making it easy to travel to central Paris. It’s very neat and clean, with a lovely garden and a friendly black cat that added to the charm. Francoise was incredibly responsive to our questions and even recommended a great nearby restaurant for dinner. We felt very well taken care of and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Isabelle welcomes us inside your house, helps with the bags, presents the place and offers coffee capsules, water, soap and shampoo. The place is beautiful and comfortable. One of the beds in the room for 4 people is a sofa bed but the mattress is comfortable. A terrace just for us, very beautiful, to get together in the late afternoon or have breakfast. I recommend your stay. Isabelle is very friendly and attentive, is a familiar airbnb, very well taken care of. Deixo as a suggestion add a small minibar, for snacks and water. There is a bakery and a carrefour express on the same block that meet all the necessities. Many thanks Isabelle.
