We can’t recommend this place enough. Billy was an incredibly attentive host, even making time to help us out when we needed to urgently get a plug adaptor and always being on-call to answer any questions. The apartment itself is beautiful: high ceilings, a balcony and very tastefully decorated. It was clean, the kitchen was really well-stocked which made it easy to cook when we wanted, we were provided with bedding The location couldn’t really have been more convenient for us: we love Neukolln and it’s very well-connected by the Hermanstasse station (a direct 30 minute train to the airport too). This was the dream stay. We were sad to leave but we will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Tara is a very good host. The place has a beautiful view of the TV tower and the Berlin Cathedral.

Very comfortable apartment with everything you would need for a short or long stay. Very sweet host!

Everything was great. The only thing you should take note is that the apartment was on the highest floor without a lift meaning that you have to carry your luggages up and down. We were lucky that the owner helped took our luggages up for us. Another thing was that check in is in person so make sure you give the correct arrival time otherwise you’ll be waiting outside. The house has everything you need inside which may feel a bit clutter but otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you.

Martin’s apartment is excellent, and Martin and is a gracious and communicative host. The building itself is an old Soviet tower, and Martin’s apartment is on the top floor. The apartment faces south and has gorgeous views particularly at sunset. There is cool Soviet-era art in the lobby. Apartment looks exactly like the photos. Two great Italian restaurants are across the street, and you can walk to cafes, grocery store, etc. You’re also only a block from the subway or a quick Uber ride from just about anything in Berlin. I have stayed at over 100 airbnbs, and this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. I would live in Berlin and Martin’s place in a New York minute. Thanks, Martin!

We (4 girls and a kitty) lived in this place for 1 month. Inge is an older lady so we skimmed with her daughter, Sabine. Very nice and friendly lady, we were happy to meet you! Sabine gave us a lot of groceries, which was very nice of her:) The place is small, warm and cozy. There is one single bed, one small double bed in the living room and another double bed in the wardrobe) There is a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. We had a car, so we didn't use public transportation. Sabine is very friendly, always bothered or we like everything. There were internet issues at the beginning of the month, but then they fixed it. On the last evening we had a wonderful sit, Sabine treated us to cocoa with rum, it was unforgettable! We recommend this place for those who want to live in a quiet neighborhood and have pets

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

I had a wonderful stay with Jeannette and René. They were incredibly friendly, and I felt right at home. They generously let me use their kitchen and all the cooking essentials, which was really helpful for a traveler like me. The room had a small fridge and even a coffee machine! Jeannette gave me the coziest duvet to keep me warm at night. Their house was spotless, and the bed linens and towels smelled lovely. Jeannette was so patient with my German, speaking slowly and using translation apps when chatting with me. She also told me about local music events and gave me a tour of their village. Their cat was absolutely adorable! Overall, I had an amazing stay, and they are fantastic hosts!

The contact with Ricarda was very friendly and she always responded very quickly to inquiries. Because of the strange numbering of the houses in the street, I was a little confused at first, but Ricarda then guided me safely through the airbnb app. I really liked the pleasant and uncomplicated nature of Ricarda as a host. I highly recommend her and the place.

barak's place was lovely, so close to the canal. he gave us such a lovely list of local recommendations which were great. the apartment is perfect, full of lovely homely things and the balcony is great! we had everything we needed. thanks so so much!

Evie is such a great host! Super kind, very responsive, and her flat was so spacious (could have fit another few friends)! We initially had someone else joining us on the trip, but then he backed out a week beforehand, but Evie has such a generous change/cancellation policy that it was all ok in the end! Me and my partner ended up having the 3 bedroom flat all to ourself, which was quite nice. We loved the balconies and chance to relax in the bath as well as do some much needed laundry. The flat is conveniently located near the M4 tram stop, which takes you right to Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt. There is also a wonderful Greek restaurant right on the corner of the road where the apartment block is located that has delicious moussaka.

Had an awsome 6 days at Tim’s apartment . Its a home away home. I iked everything there. Easy access —quiet and residential yet well-connected to public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, Communication with Tim was smooth and easier, and check-in was hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin!

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s Artsy Apartment very much! It was centrally located, a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was very well stocked and our teenage kids enjoyed crashing on the comfy sofas and the loft. Aaron was very friendly and flexible during our check in and he had wonderful suggestions of restaurant ideas close to the apartment. Aaron’s English was amazing! That was a bonus for our family speaking only a little German visiting our daughter studying abroad. On Wisconsin!

This place was clean and perfect. Angela was very friendly and helped me a lot. The sunset by the Tegel River nearby was unforgettable. I’d love to stay here again next time. I highly recommend it!

Rather than expressing it in any other way, I told Omar one last thing as I checked out—I would make sure to check if this place was available first the next time I came to Berlin. It was a well-maintained building with a home just as clean. More than anything, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was better than that of most hotels. Public transportation was also very accessible. The subway was about a five-minute walk away, but from there, it connected to two or three different lines, which was incredibly convenient. The neighborhood had a different vibe from the more tourist-heavy areas, but that made it a perfect place to quietly relax.
