Great location! Wonderful host! Stayed with my son and two dogs. Great area to walk my dogs, and close to shops and restaurants!

Clip was a great Host! The house was very clean, which is very important to me. All appliances in the house work well. He allowed us to check in early because we had an early flight. I really appreciate that. The area is very peaceful and quiet. House is as described and i would definitely recommend this location for your stay! Thank you Clip!

Where do I even begin, first the communication between Sylena & I was amazing! Any questions I had were answered both professionally & promptly. I’ve been to multiple airbnbs before but never have i ever been to an airbnb that felt exactly like home, and never have I ever had such a wonderful interaction with a host the way I did with Sylena. She was sympathetic towards me and my family wanting a late check out, and allowed us to do so. She also made sure anything that we needed, we had. The location was convenient about 8 minutes from uptown and it was surrounded by many food places. I will definitely be booking with Sylena again, 1000/10 recommended. It would be selfish of me not to share how amazing my experience was.. however; it’s first come first serve lol so not everybody run at once, but RUN AND BOOK WITH WITH HER NOW!! :)

Loved our stay! It can be hard to find an affordable place so conveniently located in Charlotte. Being a mile away from the stadium gave us a chance to walk and see all the cool things the city had to offer.

Stopped while driving on 77S with our family. A perfect oasis to break up the drive. Seamless & a place we plan to go back to!

Mk’s place was in a great location. Restaurants were within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. There were not enough places to sleep for 3 adults. We notified him/her at 1:30 in the morning. He/she replied within 5-10 mins and the cot was delivered by 9 am. The communication was great., timely and whatever was stated to be done was done. No second calls. My only suggestion would be to have had more condiments, spices etc. for those that may plan on staying in. It was definitely bare bones. We also had a mishap with the blender and again he/she was more than willing to work with us. Thank you for letting me back in to return the fob!! Overall I would definitely book this location again. Happy holidays.

This location was just as described, the decor was cute and the immediate surrounding area quite. Great location close to downtown, uptown, NoDa and Camp North. Roland is a great host!

I absolutely loved staying at Ashleigh’s place. The house was clean, spacious and looks just like the pictures. The location was very convenient, within 15 minutes of restaurants and the mall. The neighborhood was quiet and we had no issues with parking. The actual unit is tucked away, so when we first arrived we were a little turned around, but found our way. Ashleigh was extremely responsive throughout the stay and checked in a few times to make sure we were doing okay. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Charlotte.

Lyndsae is a great host, very responsive to questions, and was extremely helpful when we accidentally left stuff behind. The apt was nice and clean, and we enjoyed our stay!

We loved the animals!!! So friendly and cute, they would come to the fence to greet us! The house was so cute and clean, and the scenery is just beautiful. We would love to come back. Thank you Lacy for greeting us and making us feel comfortable!

Luke’s place was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to the event venue we were in town for. Luke had great recommendations for food (we had Pizza Baby) and information on the personal touches in their home.

We had a wonderful stay at Audrey’s townhouse/ condo! The location is great with just a short walk to the middle of downtown Charlotte, making it super easy to explore the city. The place was very clean and had all the amenities listed plus more. If you’re looking to cook, there’s a fully stocked kitchen with any spice you could ever need, creamer & sugar for coffee, etc.. In addition there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which you don’t find in all Airbnbs these days. The place is cozy, easy to access, and Audrey provides a great list of recommendations for all areas of the city. We’d love to stay again!

Great location and we were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do. We either walked or took and uber. Very convient. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The little bit of street noise we heard wasn’t bad at all especially considering the location. We both slept fine. The host had earplugs on hand just in case. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

The lakefront location was absolutely beautiful! The walkway around the lake was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

We felt right at home when we walked through the door! We love the fact that the light switches were labeled with what they were for and on top of that it was very clean inside!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

Condo was just as described and exactly what we needed. It was clean and well appointed. We appreciate all their efforts. Keyless entry was easy to use and helpful.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

I spent four weeks at this spacious and comfortable apartment while working in Center City. There is a grocery store in easy walking distance, a great coffee shop a block away. Though it is next to the highway it's pretty quiet and supplies a nice white noise at night. Rachel was quick to respond if I needed assistance, which was rare. Next time I come to Charlotte I will look to see if this place is available.
