Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Charlotte County

My husband and I rented Edwards home from Dec 9-16th. We had a great time. HIs home is absolutely beautiful. It was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. I have stayed at a number of different homes, mostly in the Rotunda, and I have always had to go out and buy necessities, ex. toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, not that I minded, but not at Edwards home. They had ample amounts of these necessities. His home was extremely clean, kudos to the cleaners! The pool area was very spacious, unfortunately it was to cold to use the pool, but we did take advantage of the hot tub. The only negative comment would be how close the neighbors are, but in the positive, they put in privacy screens which eliminated that issue! They though of everything! We will definitely be back!

Aimee was an amazing host. Very fast to response upon our one request. Her place was a stated and enjoyed our time in her home. Would differently stay again if schedules work out. Thank you!

Amazing place. We had wonderful time here, felt like at home. House was very clean. My nephew loved Pokémon game in the living room. A lot of toys for kids. We spent most of the time playing games, fishing and kayaking. Cj is a wonderful host, very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place, and I hope we will stay here again.

We had a great stay at Igor’s place! The home was super clean & Igor had great communication the entire time. The WiFi was out due to the recent storm & without being asked Igor had a hotspot brought by so we could still have WiFi. Definitely recommend this home if you are looking for something cozy & clean! Thank you Igor!

We loved the open layout of the home. Linens smelled great, Couches are soooo comfy you might just sleep there!! The location is very easy to get to from 75, in a quiet neighborhood. The river view is amazing! I loved having the pool but my favorite spot would be the picnic table, beautiful morning view and a relaxing atmosphere at night with the string lights! We would stay again!

Wonderful Airbnb! Comfortable, clean, great host and great location. Loved the pool and ambience at night. Loved the split living quarters. Close to beach, Olde Englewood Market, great restaurants. Would stay again!

We stayed for the weekend with my pets it was a quick getaway trip for me. Everything was as described and the host was very friendly and responsive to our needs and provided us with some good advice about how to handle our concerns. Good stay in the area.

We had a wonderful stay the place was very clean and beautiful! We loved our time here. Easy beach access and the place is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Very modern and homey. I can’t say anything bad because this place really exceeded expectations. Will be coming back!

The place was AMAZING! The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. They have beach chairs, towels, and umbrella so you can take to the private beach that is right across the street. The location is great, away from the crowds, but close enough to restaurants. We will definitely come back!

This condo was absolutely beautiful. The hosts thought of every detail. We flew to Englewood so it was a plus to have umbrella and chairs for the beach. Would love to stay there again!

We had a wonderful weekend with the family. The only bad part was it wasn’t long enough! Great view, the beach was super close and the room was very fresh and clean.

We loved this house! Description and pictures were very accurate. It was clean and well maintained. Neighbor was very quiet and private. Pool area was wonderful. Used it every day. Ewelina was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this rental.

The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.

I had a fantastic stay at this property. it was perfectly suited to enjoy time with my children and grandchildren. the home was clean and stocked with all the necessities. In all honesty, the home was even nicer than the pictures depict. I would stay there again without hesitation.

10/10 Absolutely loved Dave’s place! Honestly the best stocked out house we’ve ever stayed in. house was clean and functional. It was great for our 3 family group of 12. (6 kids & 6 adults) We easily fit 2 boats (22ft bay boat & 25 ft offshore boat) on the seawall at Dave’s house. The outdoor living spaces were the best. We spent the majority of our 6 days outside on the pool deck. The pool was great, we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Dave was super quick to answer any questions and resolve a little issue we had. The beds were cozy. Plenty of bathrooms which was great since we had 12 people in our group. Huge island in the kitchen, and plenty of places to sit and eat. It was very comfortable even with so many people. You can’t beat the location. Just a few minutes to Stumps Pass by boat. A little bit longer you can be to LGI or Cayo Costa. We would absolutely rent Dave’s place again

The house and location were central to port charlotte and 15 minutes away to Punta Gorda. The house is cozy and accessible. My family and I enjoyed our time there and would recommend to anyone who wants to relax.
