Sherry has a beautiful home with a large pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The interior was spacious, clean, and well decorated! It felt like a trip to the beach without leaving the mountains. I would recommend this home to anyone planning a vacation around Fayetteville.

This place was an amazing winter get away! Still did some hiking and enjoyed the hot tub. Made the trip easy for pets with the fenced in yard. Walkable to restaurants. We loved the Gaines estate and Erin’s place we definitely want to come back!!! 10/10 review

Absolutely amazing Airbnb, wish we could give it more than 5 stars! Not only is it an incredible stay in an actual airplane hanger, but Ashley and her husband have included every amenity you can think. From the indoor fireplace, tvs, and stellar decorations, to the outdoor pool, hot tub, grill, and fire pit, you’ll never be short of things to do. We loved watching planes come and go on the private airstrip, we can’t wait to come back and book a flight on the biplane! Highly, highly, highly recommend checking this place out for yourselves !

First impressions: clean and well kept. Thanksgiving with family worked out well thanks to the tidy house with plenty of kitchen stuff to make our meals. Central heat kept us warm and the working fireplace was great to hang out around. We didn't go out and about due to snow. There is only one bathroom but we made it work for us.

Absolutely stunning place, the Mountain View was breathtaking! Wanted a peaceful environment with a homey feel and this Airbnb was perfect for it. Would definitely like to come back!

We had an incredible stay at Christina's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. Christina was an amazing host, always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations for local attractions. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the best restaurants and shops. We would highly recommend Christina's place to anyone visiting Putnam County.

It was a great time getting our large family in one location for a mini-vacation to go tubing at Winterplace. It was fantastic and great to drive back to this well equipped home away from home. The pool as phenomenal, just as pictured, however, you can't picture how welcoming that water was for a 5 year old to a 70 year old. I certainly would recommend this spot for your next family get-away.

Valorie and Jim were the best hosts! So friendly and helpful. We ended up adding another night extra day and they were so accommodating. The house was beautiful and very peaceful. We had to come to town for a funeral but just being at their place eased our stress and worries of the outside world. My only regret is we weren’t here before they closed the pool for the season. It’s beautiful. We will be back!

Wonderful stay, we were in town for Christmas to see family and friends. This place was clean and not far from town and surrounding areas. We are from Huntington but moved to Sc 2 years ago and I think we’ve found our new spot to stay from here on out. The house was clean, quiet and had all the basic necessities I really enjoyed the coffee bar, the decor was nice and having a Christmas tree in the living room really made the kids happy. Thank you for having us!

I had a wonderful stay at this quaint cottage in the woods. The location was perfect, offering both wooded scenery and easy access to downtown. The cottage was cozy and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. I would definitely rent again!

Great place to stay for the price. was perfect for 4 day snowboarding trip. Had everything we needed, was warm and cozy. Parking is not as bad as some say. Nobody is speeding on that road and there were cars parked a good ways up the street like that.

Exactly what we were looking for. Clean, peaceful and roomy. Kitchen with everything you need. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the surrounding area. Debra was very responsive, when we needed to extend. We would stay here again.

Wonderful relaxing stay. Beautiful restored cabin that felt like you were back in time. 10-15 minutes from state parks, downtown Charleston, and the excellent 1010 bridge restaurant. Can enjoy wildlife from the window.

Theresa was an amazing host! It felt like home away from home. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything was welcoming & cozy. She had snacks on the table, milk in the fridge, coffee & cocoa! Her throw blankets are the softest & I loved the pillows. We ended up having to extend our stay 2x & she was happy to help. 10 outta 10!

Another great stay at The Nest. We have been back to this location several times in the last several years. It is extremely close to our family that we can visit them every time we go down! We also are close to the town of Gap Mills and Union in which we visit each time. I can not express enough how amazing The Nest is and how friendly Thomas is when we plan our trips! 10/10 would recommend and 1000% will be staying here again and for the foreseeable future for our trips down!

This is our 2nd stay here, Ashley has gone above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Definitely will return! Great part of town to get to many hatfield trails and outlaw trails! Great restaurants around as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the Little Brick House. The house was so adorable and peaceful. It was perfect for a family night with pizza and games. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of space. We were beyond happy with our stay and even had a nice surprise waiting on us. We hope to stay again in the future! This was the perfect weekend getaway! The house is beautiful - the charm of an older house with all the modern amenities. The house was spotlessly clean, beds comfy, and kitchen well stocked. The views from the house were stunning 360 degrees around. I can’t imagine a more beautiful setting. Hosts were friendly and helpful. We plan to come back next year!

The house was very clean and nicely warm. It was decorated beautifully, had lots of room, and nice, comfy Living room furniture. The mattress was just ok in our room. The location is challenging in that the road is very narrow and if you aren’t used to that would be scary. I grew up on well water and this was EXCEPTIONALLY stinky. If city water is available, it would be a wonderful addition to this charming place.

Great spot in the New River Gorge National Park for a quick overnight stay after a day of hiking!
