Beach condo holiday rentals in Charleston

Sarah's condo was in an excellent location. Right on the water and close to shops/restaurants in Folly Beach. There was plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and Sarah was extremely responsive.

We have stayed at this condo several times and love it! It has an ocean view, a nice screened in patio, and so close to the beach! Just the right size for the 2 of us- clean, comfortable, attractive! Just can’t beat the proximity of the beach. Brian is great!!

Loved this place! Right on the beach (near the pier and town center…and Bert’s Market!) and remodeled with updated bathrooms and comfortable couches and beds. Very nice to hang out on the balcony; just steps to the beach. We’ll definitely come back.

My kids and I really enjoyed the stay here! We could walk to restaurants and the view was perfect. This condo was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone! I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

The home and location was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway! Very peaceful, amazing ground view of the beach and even the neighbors were friendly. The host, Robert ("Bobby"), was very friendly and proactive. We will definitely be back. We really enjoyed ourselves! Oh, also, make sure you bring you and your family's bikes, scooters or walking shoes because the location has great walking paths.

Super close walk to the beach, had beach chairs and umbrella, lots of beach towels. King size bed was comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Only downside was that the pocket door to the main bedroom is still broken, as mentioned in other reviews.

This was our first time in Folly and had a great time. Joanie was extremely helpful and responded quickly to questions. She was also flexible around our travel schedule which was great. Highly recommend.

Had a nice 4 night stay. Condo is well equipped and a quick walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. Planning to come back to Folly in a few months and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo! Just steps from the pier, restaurants, Bert's market. Furnishings lovely; kitchen fully equipped. Easy checkin and out. Allison very responsive and helpful. Elevator wasn't working when we arrived but repairs were being made.

Exactly as promised. Very quiet and peaceful. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans including a crock pot which came in handy after a long day of golfing. Grocery store close by and public beach just minutes away on Kiawah Island. Visitor center is close but closed on the weekends so plan ahead. Really enjoyed our visit and considering coming back to the islands again next year.

We stayed here in December 2024 with our dog Kenzie. Check in was easy and the place was spotless! We loved sitting on the screened in porch. Very close to bike path and a quick drive to restaurants and amenities on the island.

We loved the space. It's in a great part of town that's quiet but also has great restaurants and is close to downtown. There's a lot of space and the beds were very comfortable. Even though there were only four of us, we felt like we could have easily fit more guests. The kitchen was well appointed and the balcony was a nice amenity. We had a small issue and they took care of it in less than an hour. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

We absolutely loved waking up to the beyond beautiful views over the sand dunes and out across the water!! Private, secure location with great amenities and lots of charm! The back porch and private locked entry out to the walkway to beach was an added pleasant surprise. We look forward to a return visit!!

This condo is in the perfect location! We were able to walk almost everywhere we went while staying here. And it is such easy access to the beach. It was perfect for me, my husband and our dog! It was great how dog friendly Folly beach is!

I’ve been to the island multiple times and this was the best location by far! We felt right at home as we entered. The unit was clean and had such thoughtful touches we only went to the store once and came out with one bag. The patio is easily our favorite part - beautiful sunsets and views that make you feel like you’re the only one on the island. While we were looking forward to the daybed on the patio, the swinging egg chair was a hit! Overall, wonderful host and unit - we will be back!

We had a great stay! Location was perfect for the beach. Nice little beach bar/ restaurant across the street with live music which was great. Walkable to Rita’s and the shops too. The patio furniture was super comfy for coffee over looking the waves in the morning. Didn’t go to the pool but it looked nice when we walked by it on our way to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo is a fantastic place to stay. We had 3 generations vacationing and we had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and private space with the large patio! Everything was within walking distance. The pool, beaches and the pier was a big hit with everyone! The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking necessities to cook meals for 6. The only downfall was no hair dryer…as if that detracted from this beautiful location! The parking pass is provided but you have to go to the condo to get it while someone has to drive around until it’s retrieved to be able to bring your car into parking. We will definitely be back!

Location great! Lots of kitchen supplies..beds comfy great place. Loved having coffee in morning and wine in evening on the deck looking at the ocean. We used every inch of her place, very accommodating for a family of 8. Loved spending family time here! Also, was accommodating for an early check in!

LOOKED BETTER THEN THE PHOTOS!! This gorgeous condo was perfect for our girls trip. Folly beach is a wonderful town and this place is right in the heart of it. The view is phenomenal and everything was clean but also felt like home. Thank you so much!

Very beautiful place. Most beautiful sunrises ever. Only complaint was the communication was not there with the host.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was a group of 8 of us in town for a wedding. We wanted to stay somewhere where it was walkable to everything and where we could also spend time together. This exceeded our expectations and was comparable to the cost of a hotel in the city. So glad we decided to stay here. It was the best location and walkable to all the most beautiful houses, the battery, restaurants and coffee places. It was nice to have a kitchen and space to spread out. The place was clean and there was more than enough space for everyone. We really enjoyed spending time on the large and beautiful porch! We rode bikes around the city we rented down the street which was the best time. We hope to come back again one day soon! Thank you again!
