Absolutely loved the place. It was a little confusing to find the place inside but once we got in, we were taken aback because it was better than we expected it to be. The house had all the necessary amenities and there is a supermarket nearby. The host was very helpful and made sure we had the 5 star experience that they wanted us to have. Worth every penny!

Lovely apartment, lovely house, we have lived for several months and are very happy to come home after walks! We didn't have any problems at all. Believe me, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and remote work. Liana takes care of guests and the apartment. If we come to Yerevan, we would like to stay in these devices💜

I really liked the apartment. Corresponds to the photos. Beautiful, clean, cozy, atmospheric. Amazing view of Ararat from the windows. The very center of the city, with a bunch of establishments nearby. Convenient check-out. Nice furniture, kitchen, bedrooms, showers. Everything was great. There was no problem with the neighbors or the elevator, everything was great.

It’s perfectly situated in the vibrant heart of Yerevan, with all the city’s iconic landmarks, amazing restaurants, and charming bars just steps away. The apartment itself is a gem—elegantly designed, cozy, and offering a stunning view. Located on a lovely street, it’s spotlessly clean, and everything is in perfect working order. The host, Davit, is truly exceptional—warm, attentive, and always quick to respond. His hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Modern 2 Bedroom Apt. With Nice Balcony & Pool

The apartment and the complex are new and modern furnished. The apartment is fully equipped. Everything is provided: plates, cutlery, glasses, towels, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Anything that belongs to a home. The apartment building is secured 24/7 and there are very friendly people working. You'll be in the center in 10 minutes and the taxi (GG) will often be ready before you've had time to put on your shoes. In short, recommended for those who don't mind being a little further from the center.

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

Unique house on the beach

We loved our stay, the house is truly unique - especially the location by the lake and the views. There was a lot of flies in the evening and morning, so we had to be inside, but the fireplace made it really cosy. We haven’t met Mariam, but we met her father, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, maybe next time!

I booked the apartment for a friend who missed his plane and Gohar was super flexible and helpful with the last minute check in. She also allowed a late check out and arranged a taxi to the airport, which my friend appreciated. The apartment was clean and cosy, and can be an ideal option for a longer stays as well.
