Apartment holiday rentals in Chapel Hill

My adult daughter and I really enjoyed staying at Lyria and Stokely's place in Chapel Hill. The location is terrific! Beautiful walking neighborhood. Super convenient, close to the UNC campus and downtown area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all of the amenities one could need! We had a wonderful visit. We will definitely return and stay again. Highly recommend!

Stayed in the larger downstairs apartment this trip (smaller one last year). We loved the space, had no problems and the yard is very cute and relaxing. Velina was proactive and reached out to me ahead of time about things that needed to be done (dehumidifiers that need to be emptied, laundry space, local restaurants, etc) and that we could check in early. We have stayed at her property 2 different times now and she has always been responsive to any questions.....you just need to ask. we had a great stay and rested well.

Enjoyed my stay at Hailey's place. Easy check in. Friendly, communicative, and helpful host. Very comfortable bed. Soft towels, exceptionally clean, with a modern decor and little extras to make it very homey. Would definitely stay here again!

My mom really enjoyed staying at Gayla’s place. Nice and spacious apt which is cozy and makes you feel just like at home. Great location, a couple of blocks from downtown and nearby restaurants. Gayla was very helpful and friendly when I had questions. Definitely recommend staying at her place if you are out of town and staying several days in Burlington.

The space was amazing and was more than enough for our group of 9! The host was incredibly responsive. We’d definitely come back the next time we’re in NC.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Adam & Rachel’s place. It was clean, comfortable, and cozy. And right across the street from the Durham Co-op grocery store. I loved the location and was able to walk all around the downtown and Duke areas. A great place, nicely furnished, and perfect location! I would definitely come back again and hope to now that my daughter is living in Durham. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay! The location was only 0.6 miles to the Historic Ballpark, so we had a lot of options without needing to worry about parking. The place was clean and comfortable, and was quiet due to it being above the separate garage in the back. Woudl definitely;y stay here again! Thanks, Carrie!

Abdalla was really responsive from start to finish. The open space studio was plenty of space for two adults and our dog. Definitely stay again next time I’m in town.

It was a great place to stay for a quick visit to Cary, NC. It was well-suited for a family of 5.

The place was even nicer than the pictures and very clean. Very peaceful surroundings and beautiful decor and windows. The amenities and snacks were much appreciated and far exceeded my expectations. Loved the local toffee! Jeanette was an amazing host and provided everything we needed for a great stay. it was also an easy drive to Chapel Hill and Pittsboro.

My stay was nice and it was cozy. It looked just like the pictures and I was very comfortable. I enjoyed my time everything was spotless. Also, I appreciated the labels by appliances so I didn’t have to reach out for anything because all instructions were clear and concise. Thank you for hosting me !

Paulina’s place is very nicely set up for a pleasant, comfortable visit. Easy parking out front. Immaculately clean. She was proactive at sharing information and quick to respond and accommodate when I had a question. It was great to be within a short drive of many restaurants and around the corner from Isaac’s Bagels. I would gladly stay here again. (I would only avoid this AirBNB if you have mobility issues on stairs as there is one steep staircase to climb from the street up to the house in order to reach the apartment.)

Tyler and Callan's Oasis was the perfect little home away from home for us while we visited Durham. Their place is super cozy and in a beautiful neighborhood. They are fantastic hosts and we'd love to stay here again.

This home was beautiful and so cozy! Bed was very comfy and bathroom was very spacious and clean! It had an amazing porch and a hot tub which was very nice! They had snacks, tolietries in case you forgot, and more! Definitely recommending staying, we would come back if we find ourselves in Raleigh again!

Absolutely everything about this space was true to the description. I wish I could have stayed there longer and explored more of Chapel Hill. I definitely want to stay in this lodging again!

A great spot very comfortable accommodated the three of us with no problem. Beds were super comfy linens were super clean as well as the studio apartment.
