A rustic house on the shore of the lake, if you could imagine with that you could imagine the scene will surprise you it is much better. Everything is perfect for a luxury experience. We had a lovely month at Beatriz’ home. Jorge was very welcoming and helpful. The neighbourhood was very nice and both the residents and service folks were very friendly. The pool was a wonderful addition…cool and refreshing in the morning and soothing/warm in the afternoon. Unless you are very fit (we’re not!), I’d recommend having a car…at least to get you up and down elTepalo. Great location for hikers!…but also very handy to downtown Ajijic. We’ll definitely be back. This home has the most epic views of Lake Chapala. We woke up every morning to watch the sunrise over the lake and it was stunning! The home is beautiful and had everything we needed, from cooking utensils to towels. The pool had the perfect temperature to soak in and look out over the lake. There are plenty of restaurants and local attractions just an 8-10 minute drive from the house. Claudia was quick to respond and was very helpful. If you're looking to explore Lake Chapala and the surrounding towns, don't miss out on booking this beautiful home!

Large house, comfortable, with everything you need to spend a few very pleasant days! The lady who does the cleaning and helps with the food, super cute, comfortable and with an excellent attitude of service.

This is undoubtedly one of the most well-equipped Airbnb's in Mexico -- except for a "proper" oven and stove, this unit has everything! (We cook, so having all the equipment we need, and having it be in such good condition is fantastic.) Hector responds to issues in due course, and makes sure everything is ok -- he's a good host.The location is relatively peaceful, albeit far from anything interesting to do or see -- you'll definitely need a car. My only complaint is the amount of light coming in through the windows at night. There are floodlights illuminating the pool and the passageways (with no way to turn them off), so the condo is constantly being bathed in light. Black-out curtains would alleviate this.

We loved the accommodation, the house is very large and has a very nice terracita. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the water was hot even at night that the atmosphere was cold. The rooms are very spacious and each with its own bathroom, excellent for large groups. The host makes you feel right at home. We're definitely going back.

Very nice comfortable villa. Very quiet peaceful part of town very clean very open space overall it was a really really nice experience and a nice house would recommend for anyone traveling to Mexico.

The address is easily accessible, always attentive to the guests, the accommodation is extremely spacious and nice, the bathrooms with everything you need, the pool is very clean but very freezing the beautiful green🥶 areas, ideal for many people! Very accommodating hostess.

Our room at La Victoria was beautiful, clean, and charming. We got to stay in a true to Mexico hacienda style home, while still having a sense of privacy and quiet. The center of town is just a few blocks away with restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, and Lake Chapala itself! There is a pharmacy and grocery store just around the corner as well. Colin is a very responsive and friendly host.

Very welcoming! The place was very comfortable, ideal if what you want is a place where there is peace of mind to rest. It totally matches the description and Hestia was always aware that we were comfortable in addition to providing all the necessary information for both our arrival and departure. Definitely recommended!

The country house is beautiful, we were only one day to spend Valentine's Day and we stayed with the desire to stay more days, the pool is very nice and at night the hot water follows, I loved that you could put colorful light on it, the hosts are very friendly at all times, we would definitely come back 🙌🏻
