House holiday rentals in Channel Islands

We had a really lovely time in this beautiful home. The pools (swimming and table!) were a real hit with all of us. The little ones loved running in the garden and playing football as well as swimming. We had a very relaxing time celebrating a big event.

Extra stay at Lionel's. The location is great, away from the madness of the old town, the estate is located in Paramé, very nice neighborhood, decorative fanions in the surrounding streets, quality shops, pretty church (you can't hear it). The land is sublime, 2 hectares well maintained, clean and well heated pool, there are several cottages quite far from each other within the property. The rented cottage was large on the ground floor and upstairs. A TV on each floor. Gigantic bed (2 meters wide it seems to me), the very fluffy mattress (I loved it). You can move without waking the person next to it. Even if it's written in the listing, note that the toilets are on the ground floor and there aren't any at the top. You have to be woken up to go down the spiral stairs. Lionel is very welcoming, is interesting and offers good advice. We had a lovely stay at his place - thank you so much!

What a privilege to stay in such a complete and beautiful house. Everything was available, everything was clean and all rooms were tastefully decorated. In addition, the house is in a place that is a great starting point for visiting very beautiful tourist places. We are now in the car on our way home and would like to return in a heartbeat; back to this house.

We stayed here for a week at the end of August and it was great. Having your own private pool is amazing, and the kids absolutely loved it. We also had our one year old spaniel with us who loved all the outdoor space. You need a car to get around but there was plenty of things to do. We did struggle to find beaches that allowed dogs (due to the time of the year) but to be honest we had the pool so we weren’t bothered. Ophelie and her husband were excellent hosts and were flexible and understanding with us with our late arrival and early departure. 100% recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great time! Our host was extremely accommodating by allowing us to check out later, which allowed us to enjoy an extra day. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an attentive and welcoming host. Thank you!

We would like to thank Sophie and Christophe for their welcome and their little arrival touches ( boxes of chocolates for the holidays as well as a box of cake ) . The place is identical to the photos, very clean , a shame we weren't able to enjoy the garden because of the weather . Long live Brittany and Vive les Bretons . I recommend closed eyes. We had booked the three gites as a family holiday with three generations getting together. It was perfect, with each of us having our own individual houses and plenty of outside space around each property so that we had some privacy from each other if we wanted it. The outside space worked really well and we were able to all eat together outside (Best place Jasmine cottage) whilst the two grandchildren (18 months and 8 years old) could run around safely and play with the various toys and have lots of fun and games together. The little one loved the train in Jasmine cottage especially. Although we had mixed weather we managed to visit St Malo, Arromanches, Avranches and the beach at Carolles and also got to relax/play in the pool. Thanks to Graham and Clare for giving us the chance to enjoy this time together.

we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

Very good stay with a nice quiet house

Great weekend spent with friends in Ana's accommodation, between the house as such, the welcome and communication with Ana which is available and accommodating, everything was perfect!

A very nice spacious, pleasant, well-equipped and very clean house. Quality amenities and very responsive and pleasant hosts. A quiet neighborhood and a good location. Walking access to the beach is easy. A place to remember. Too bad the bed linen and toilet is not provided or offered as an option and there is also no cleaning option. But it was indicated beforehand. I think we'll go back. I recommend it!!

Such a relaxing stay in a beautiful home. Great location for exploring Brittany, so peaceful, light and airy. The cottage was spotlessly clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed to have a home from home. Our dog absolutely loved his first holiday and we were all made to feel so welcome. Just perfect! Would definitely return. Thank you!

We came to four teammates for a regatta. Adrien's place is perfect with a large, very nice living room. Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and one bathroom per level make a very convenient accommodation. Shops are reached by foot. We had a great stay. I recommend.

Superb house, functional and very well-equipped. Large enough for a group of 12 people. Everything is well thought out, nothing is missing. A large terrace much appreciated for sunny meals. Close to the beaches in a private, quiet and peaceful estate with sea view. It feels good to feel at home and our only desire is to return.

We enjoyed a relaxing and cosy Christmas break with our family. There was everything we needed & plenty of space. Josi made it festive for us and we would go back again. Modbury is also very quaint & 2 minutes walk.

we enjoyed spending the end of the year in this typical house, steeped in history. Well heated, well equipped. I really liked the simple decoration, limited to old functional furniture. The modern comfort amenity for everyday life makes it easy to stay. Gerard welcomed us with warmth and discretion. I would recommend this little haven.
