Very good accommodation with the Jacuzzi, a small but significant plus that allows you to have a good time! Quiet but close to the city center of Le Mans.

This is the perfect spot for the 24 hours. TGV station, City Center and race track are all on the same tram line which is a very short walk. Had a nice little backyard with BBQ and table to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. Margo was very easy to reach and always responded quickly to any messages. We enjoyed her home so much that we are planning to stay there again for a future race.

Celine is a thoughtful, available and kind host. In particular, it was able to offer us flexibility regarding our arrival and departure times or find a solution to a small problem with the accommodation. The environment is a real rural paradise. A real immersion in a farm that made the children happy. The house is very cozy and the outdoor infrastructure perfectly suitable for children. We recommend eyes closed to Celine's farm.

Anais and her husband are very friendly people, everything was perfect! A warm welcome, easy communication to sort out the details, all the information to our questions was given brief impeccable. The place matched the description and photos, clean and spacious no vis-à-vis except with the forest change of scenery guaranteed! I totally recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay in a nicely decorated apartment on the ground floor. Clean and tidy.

Charming accommodation, located in the countryside, perfect for disconnecting. Very well arranged and equipped, we didn't miss anything. The dogs were able to enjoy the garden and got to know the 2 donkeys. We particularly appreciate the pellet stove during cool evenings. Thanks again!

We loved the house like the garden. It's roots indeed but we knew it and it suits us very well. Especially since both are very well equipped. The only small downside if we have to find one is the presence of the road which is certainly not a highway but which can at times be very noisy.

And 20/10 The second stay in the accommodation and we always leave as satisfied with my family and me:) The place is impeccable!! We'll be back for sure. This is an endrojt where we plan to stay with me and my family at least once a year every year! I'd recommend it without a second thought. Thanks again!

Excellent stay! The accommodation is as described, very clean and in a good location. Host is responsive and welcoming. I would recommend it in a second.

Two week work stay. Queen is both welcoming and discreet, attentive but never intrusive. The environment is not extraordinary, the cottage is slightly off-center, but the terrace is pleasant and we are a few minutes walk from the banks of Sarthe and the city center on one side (local shops, train station), and a large shopping area on the other. I had no vehicles and never suffered. Would definitely stay again.

Mathilde is a great, pleasant and responsive host, not to mention her kindness, confidence and flexibility. The house is nice, spacious and clean. We had our own spaces, and access to the fully equipped kitchen. We'll be back...

Anne and Stéphane's cottage is charming with this small old house with a very cute little garden and the sound of the birds. The interior is very pleasant with all the comforts and very cozy. The mezzanine sleeping area is embedded in the old frame adds character.

Beautiful home with lots of space and convenient location in Arnage. The hosts were always very responsive and went above and beyond to answer any questions and make us feel welcome. Would recommend for a family

This is a great House in a perfect location for anyone who is going to the Le Mans Circuit or the City. The house is fabulous and Laurent is a great host who makes sure you know where everything is and then leaves you alone. The Tram can take you into the City or through to the circuit, or its a short drive. I would highly recommend both the House and the Host

The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped. The garden with the pool and barbecue are very nice! The deck is also a plus with the awning that protects from the sun!

Beautiful grounds and pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of flies to contend with but that didn’t diminish our enjoyment. David was extremely helpful in Hughes’ absence. Definitely recommend.

Perfect place for a calm & gentle week away. The pool is an absolute treat which we used every day. The views across the village are beautiful & we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every night. The photos of the outdoor seating don’t do it justice. It’s really special. Communication with Jean was superb & he was really keen to make sure we had a good stay & enjoyed our time there. There are recommendations in the home of where to eat & interesting places to visit. The location is great for exploring the Loiré, we visited Chateaus, cities & enjoyed wine tours. The shower is fantastic! Although the home is on one level, there are steps down to the home so be mindful.
