Very good accommodation with the hot tub, small plus not insignificant that allows you to have a good time! Quiet but close to Le Mans city center.

Reynald is a charming host, whose house was ideal for our extended family of 3 generations. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed, and there were lots of different areas for us to use and not to be on top of one another. The garden and pool area were lovely. It was unfortunate that the weather wasn’t very good for the first week of our 2 week stay, with a lot of wind and rain, so we were not able to use the outdoor facilities as much as we would have liked. Reynald was very good at checking that everything was ok, and suggesting places that we could visit. We were a little disappointed that most of the shops and places to eat in Roézé-sur-Sarthe were closed, so we had to use the car every time we needed something, rather than being able to walk, for example, to get the bread and croissants for breakfast.

The house is simply spectacular and Arlette is even more spectacular. Friendly, helpful, polite. To repeat!!

Celine is a thoughtful, available and kind host. In particular, it was able to offer us flexibility regarding our arrival and departure times or find a solution to a small problem with the accommodation. The environment is a real rural paradise. A real immersion in a farm that made the children happy. The house is very cozy and the outdoor infrastructure perfectly suitable for children. We recommend eyes closed to Celine's farm.

Anais and her husband are very friendly people, everything was perfect! A warm welcome, easy communication to sort out the details, all the information to our questions was given brief impeccable. The place matched the description and photos, clean and spacious no vis-à-vis except with the forest change of scenery guaranteed! I totally recommend it.

Lovely place, located in the countryside, perfect for disconnecting. Very well arranged and equipped, we did not miss anything. The dogs were able to enjoy the garden and got to know the 2 donkeys. We particularly appreciate the pellet stove in the cool evenings. Thanks again!

We loved the house like the garden. It's roots indeed but we knew it and it suits us very well. Especially since both are very well equipped. The only small downside if we have to find one is the presence of the road which is certainly not a highway but which can at times be very noisy.

And 20/10 The second stay in the accommodation and we always leave as satisfied with my family and me:) The place is impeccable!! We'll be back for sure. This is an endrojt where we plan to stay with me and my family at least once a year every year! I'd recommend it without a second thought. Thanks again!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is functional and comfortable.

I've already rented Queen's place, and I'm very satisfied, as usual. For breakfast, Reine provides coffee , brioche and jam! With a fire for check-in , everything is perfect! I recommend it!

lovely place to stay with beautiful grounds

I was coming for the 3rd time and the accommodation meets my needs: very quiet, the essentials in the kitchen and the bathroom. Always responsive communication with landlords. The accommodation is completely self-contained with 2 exclusive parking spaces behind the building.

Our second stay at Jean-Baptiste's house, and certainly not the last! Perfect for resting. Jean-Baptiste is very friendly and the house is very nice.

Beautiful home with lots of space and convenient location in Arnage. The hosts were always very responsive and went above and beyond to answer any questions and make us feel welcome. Would recommend for a family

We had a blissful week here that we didn’t want to end. The huge grounds and pool gave us a perfect base where we could relax utterly and completely re-charge in peace - but with great access to everything we needed. Henneke made everything incredibly easy for us, and was so helpful and welcoming. I miss it all so much already!

The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped. The garden with the pool and barbecue are very nice! The deck is also a plus with the awning that protects from the sun!

Beautiful grounds and pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of flies to contend with but that didn’t diminish our enjoyment. David was extremely helpful in Hughes’ absence. Definitely recommend.

We had a great time at the Château de la Flotte. The space is true to the photos, beautiful, clean, very spacious and well kept. Marina shared clear information with us upon arrival and was very responsive to our questions before/during the stay. I would highly recommend
