Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Champlan

This place is amazing! From booking to our arrival, Jean Patrick provided excellent communication. When we arrived, he ensured we had everything needed to find the location via taxi. He assisted us with getting our bags up to the top floor of the building and walked us through the apartment and even met us to help get everything down at the end of our trip. This apartment is the end unit on the top floor of the building and very quiet. From first glance walking in, you feel at home and much larger than they appear in the photos. We were traveing with our three kids and they had their space and we had ours. The kitchen and bathroom are also large and spacious with the added benefit of having a washer in the apartment. Great restaurants and bakeries are within short walking distance in either direction. You are steps from the Musée de l'Armee and the Tomb of Napoleon, a very short walk to École Militaire metro, busses and a view of the Tomb and Eiffel Tower. We wish we could stay longer!

Arnaud’s flat is everything you would want in a Parisian experience -charm, character, perfect location. Best of all, Arnaud was the perfect host. I would definitely recommend staying at Arnaud’s to anyone planning a visit to Paris.

A lovely apartment in perfect surroundings. Close to cafes and restaurants, as well as public transportation. It's good that the windows are so soundproof, as there is noise from people on the street, but that's part of staying in the city center. Lots of life and good vibes. Worth a visit.

Great location! Our guests were always communicative, giving updates and clear instructions. I traveled with 3 friends and we felt so comfortable at this place. Everything was very clean and cozy. It is located 10 min walking from the Eiffel Tower so we had a beautiful view every night coming to the apartment. 2 metro stations 5 min away walking. Exactly what we needed for our stay in Paris!

Location location location! Close to the Eiffel Tower, many restaurants, supermarkets etc. The apartment gave us the experience of living in Paris. The apartment is warm & cozy, yes the neighbours are close but it is an inner city apartment. We could even see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the bathroom & bedroom. On our next trip we hope we can stay here again.

We loved our stay at Adrienne’s place. It is their home so is completely in the spirit or Airbnb and it has the character that comes with staying in someone’s home. We were 6 people there over New Years with our adult children and their partners, and the comfortable living room was fantastic for hanging out and visiting. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery. The entire apartment was very quiet, as it is in a back courtyard. Adrienne left us Nescafé pods, bread and spreads for breakfast (although we went to a nearby boulangerie everyday for pastries) and a bottle of wine that we had for our New Years dinner. She was very responsive and friendly. The location is a lovely residential neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby are we were able to take the metro everywhere. I highly recommend Adrienne’s place!

Jonathan was very attentive and kind in our stay, answering when needed. On the other hand, the location is good, the metro station is 2 minutes walk and there are several supermarkets near the accommodation.

An excellent location for staying near Paris, with the RER line just a few minutes walk away, taking you quickly to the centre of the city. We travelled by car for New Year, so we wanted somewhere with space to park for free, outside of the low emissions zone, with a little more greenery and space around it than city apartments provide. The apartment is easy to access and had everything we needed. Very spacious and comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was perfect for those who enjoy walking—everything was within easy reach. The amenities were well-stocked, and the decor was simply breathtaking, making the space feel warm and inviting. The host was responsive (although with a slight delay), but their helpfulness and clear instructions made everything seamless. A standout feature was the option to store luggage before check-in and after checkout, which added so much convenience to our trip. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend staying here, but future guests might want to bring extra towels and slippers for added comfort. Thank you for a wonderful experience I would definitely stay here again!

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! I stayed at Yves's apartment for 3 weeks over the holidays. It was a very enjoyable stay. The apartment is very nice and is only a short walk from the train station. For my lengthy stay, it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer and dishwasher. Yves himself was a great host. Before my stay I had a few questions and they were always answered very promptly. I had an unusual situation involving the house key towards the end of my stay and Yves came to the rescue and immediately solved it on a Friday night nonetheless!
