Arnaud was the best host! Very friendly and flexible, with clear instructions 😊 The apartment is very beautiful and gives an authentic feel. The area was also very nice with restaurants and bakeries nearby. The area was quiet and peaceful 😊

Great location! Our guests were always communicative, giving updates and clear instructions. I traveled with 3 friends and we felt so comfortable at this place. Everything was very clean and cozy. It is located 10 min walking from the Eiffel Tower so we had a beautiful view every night coming to the apartment. 2 metro stations 5 min away walking. Exactly what we needed for our stay in Paris!

Positive aspects of the accommodation: Excellent location, very central and close to everything, with good restaurants, the subway, a pharmacy, and a supermarket nearby. Also, Tristan always responds quickly to my messages. Negative aspects of the accommodation: The apartment is exactly as in the photos, but with less light at this time of year (September). The heating is central and only starts working in October and by the end of September we already feel cold, as the apartment is quite humid. The bed in the bedroom has two mattresses and the top one is smaller, as is the sheet, so it was not very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is low, and the third person does not take a very hot shower. We loved our stay! Hope to come back.

Yoann's place had everything and more. The location was phenomenal, and was even in a gated group of buildings for added security. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with more than your average airbnb. I would recommend this space for anyone looking for something that is central to so much and easy to transit from. Thank you Yoann for an amazing stay! Hope to back soon!

Location location location! Close to the Eiffel Tower, many restaurants, supermarkets etc. The apartment gave us the experience of living in Paris. The apartment is warm & cozy, yes the neighbours are close but it is an inner city apartment. We could even see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the bathroom & bedroom. On our next trip we hope we can stay here again.

The place was very easy to find and rod was extremely responsive and helpful. The area is super cute, with many cafes and shops nearby. The apartment was done up well. The only issue I faced was with the bathroom specifically the shower area which had some stains and maybe what looked like mould. But that was my only negative. Apart from that it was a lovely stay, all the amenities were there as listed in the description. All the appliances were tucked away neatly.

We loved our stay at Adrienne’s place. It is their home so is completely in the spirit or Airbnb and it has the character that comes with staying in someone’s home. We were 6 people there over New Years with our adult children and their partners, and the comfortable living room was fantastic for hanging out and visiting. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery. The entire apartment was very quiet, as it is in a back courtyard. Adrienne left us Nescafé pods, bread and spreads for breakfast (although we went to a nearby boulangerie everyday for pastries) and a bottle of wine that we had for our New Years dinner. She was very responsive and friendly. The location is a lovely residential neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby are we were able to take the metro everywhere. I highly recommend Adrienne’s place!

Very nice and clean accommodation. I'd be happy to go back. Close to Compiègne with easy access roads. Well located between the Meux and Compiègne ideal for "business trips..." I recommend it!

We are delighted with our stay. Entry is very easy. The house is large, secluded, quiet. The beds are comfortable. There is one towel for each person as well as a basic kit. Nadia was lovely to us and very accommodating. Anyway, I recommend it!

Nadia is a great host. The space is great at the bottom of their property making it a haven of peace. Whenever I had a question or need, Nadia and her husband were very attentive and responsive. thank you to them for hosting us.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was perfect for those who enjoy walking—everything was within easy reach. The amenities were well-stocked, and the decor was simply breathtaking, making the space feel warm and inviting. The host was responsive (although with a slight delay), but their helpfulness and clear instructions made everything seamless. A standout feature was the option to store luggage before check-in and after checkout, which added so much convenience to our trip. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend staying here, but future guests might want to bring extra towels and slippers for added comfort. Thank you for a wonderful experience I would definitely stay here again!

We only stayed here for 1 night prior to our flight so we didn't have a chance to explore the area too much, but the apartment was great to enjoy our last night in France as it is a cute and atmospheric village with lovely little shops and eateries and an excellent boulangerie for our last treats! The apartment is compact but well set up and there are so many thoughtful little extras provided. Karim is an excellent communicator and the check in instructions were awesome - so easy to follow with an excellent little video he provided. The bus to the airport is litterally outside the front door. We were 5 adults and the sofa bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in - a real mattress. Great value and a very attentive host - highly recommended.

Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!

We stayed in Michel's place after finding that our previously arranged stay had stairs that we were not aware of. Access to an elevator was a necessity for us. We booked this stay last minute but we were very pleased. The apartment was spacious, very clean and minimal and uncluttered. Highly recommend booking Michel's place.
