Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Chamartín

This accommodation is in an excellent location, close to the Lavapiés and Tirso de Molina metro stations, with a plethora of bars and restaurants in the area. Keep in mind that the keys are searched about 3 blocks from the accommodation, so if they have large suitcases it is better to get directly where the keys are and not the building. Paula was very responsive and decisive with everything, impeccable communication.

We enjoyed our stay, the accommodation is small but great for a couple of days, and the location is very convenient, close to the city centre and right next to a metro station. Also communication with the host was perfect :)

Carlos is very nice and very professional. He responds quickly and he’s very accommodating. The house is like the pictures. Extremely clean and bed very comfortable. The house very cozy and well equipped. Only 2 downside to the listing, which has nothing to do with the host, 1) the area doesn’t feel too secure. 2) At night, not easy to find a parking space. All in all, the house served its purpose for us as we were there only one night. Thank you Carlos for your hospitality.

We stay in this apartment for 11 days and it seemed like a super apartment/casita. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the services by hand and direct transport to the center and points of interest of Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and they will move for anything you need also always with a smile and heart. Regarding the apartment it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your house. A small but super functional bathroom and a fairly good shower with pressure, good hot water and different water exit modes. It has a very practical patio and very comfortable to enjoy the sun, tend clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, ironing, cleaning, towels and sheets to spare... Spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't get cold or hot thanks to the heating you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

We had a weekend of 11 friends and all agreed that we chose very well where to stay. There was a toilet in each room and that makes it very easy to live together. Everything was super clean and tidy. I 100% recommend this place for large groups!

I had a nice extended weekend in Blancas flat. Cozy plave and according to description. Good communication. Quiet neighbourhood with polite and good security. . Perfect place to bring a feline companion and practical having two elevators in each end of the building. Would book again 😄

Family trip, 2 adults and 2 children (14 and 6 years) + dog. Positivo: excellent location, quiet and safe neighborhood, plenty of restaurants, and Carrefour a block; pet friendly condominium; Apt on the 13th floor with large balcony and spectacular views; queen bed and comfortable mattress; full kitchen amenities; great heating (central) and shower; foot access (800 m) to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium; Fast and proactive contact of Miguel. Negatives: Ideal accommodation for 3 adults, sofa bed is not comfortable for 2 people; small and old towels; blankets and duvets need washing; paid garage (15 euros day) with hundreds of vacancies and confusing location.

I don't give it more stars because it's impossible but the absolute 10. The apartment could say a 9.5 since it could use a renovation to certain things but super well located, quiet, comfortable... I will try to stay there every time I go. Host not a 10, it's an 11. Always pending, willing to help. I use this service biweekly in madrid and for me it has been a top 3 certainly. Want to repeat

We had an amazing stay at Alicia's place! Everything was perfect from the cleanliness to the cozy atmosphere. The apartment was fully equipped with all the essentials, making it feel like a home away from home. Alicia was a wonderful host, always quick to respond and full of great local tips!

Spectacular house, very cozy. The super comfortable beds, excellent quality bath towels and the warm shower show that the host cares about the well-being of their guests, not to mention the heating system that made all the difference these cold days, we feel even warm! Kkkkkk The only detail we did not like was the fact that the house was the hostess's home, this is not clear in the listing. You have no place to store your clothes, as the lockers are closed with the hostess's belongings, every time you need to open the suitcase on top of the bed. There is also this problem in the kitchen. Taking out this detail, the house is perfect! We love it!

The apartment is very well located. Do to make several sights on foot or take the subway that is right next door. There's a lot of stuff inside the apartment and we didn't miss anything on the four nights we stayed. Andrew was very kind all the time and we had a quick and easy communication.

We had a wonderful time in Maria’s spacious, bright flat, with an easy-to-use kitchen and a comfortable living room. We were charmed to meet her and get her recommendations of things to do in the neighborhood – of which there are many. Near the Gran Via, a few steps from the Metro and in the middle of the lively, active Malasana neighborhood, the flat is super convenient (which means that you may hear Madrilenos enjoying themselves late into the night!). We would be delighted to return to Madrid and to Maria’s place again.

Very clean accommodation, responsive host and left us thoughtful touches. It's also easy to park on the street. The neighborhood itself does not have much tourist interest but the accommodation has the luxury of being 3 minutes from the Metro and we arrive in madrid center very easily. On the other hand, the accommodation is more suitable for a group of 4 than 5 because the 5th place is just a mattress and depending on the age it can be very limited.

It is a very beautiful and cozy place, with everything you need for a good stay (short or long) and details full of culture and sensitivity. Fatima's attention can't be better, you feel your hospitality from the first moment. The area is very quiet and conducive to walking, with all services nearby and well connected to the center and the airport.

This is such a great place right in the heart of Madrid! Not only was the apartment super cool, Martin was so responsive and helpful with leaving our bags early. We also left something behind and he made the process to retrieve it very easy. There is a really cute wine bar nearby and you’re super close to the train station and museums which makes getting around very easy. I would book this place again in a heartbeat!
