Functional, spacious, very well equipped and comfortable accommodation. An amazing view of the sea/beach and its surroundings. Easy access building with parking, elevator. Communication with The Host is fluid, responsive, Florent is very friendly. An address to remember, I validate and recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Sylvain's place is faithful to the listing and the virtual tour that allows you to get a good idea. Very clean accommodation, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We had a great stay with our two children. Everything was prepared for our arrival (beds made and towels available), it quickly feels like home. The accommodation is a 5min walk from the historic center of Narbonne so you can do anything on foot. To park, the surrounding streets are free, turning a little we found to park within 50m of the apartment. Sylvain's instructions for check-in and check-out are very clear. Emilie's place was a great choice for visiting Narbonne - right in the middle of the historic town, a few minutes walk to anything you wanted to find.

Anthony's place is very nice, I had a really nice stay. Quiet, well located and very well-equipped.

We felt very comfortable at the accommodation during our five-week stay. The location to the sea is particularly great, in 3 minutes you have already reached it on foot. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed very cozy. The bathroom is pleasantly large. Bernard, who stayed above us, was always very friendly and very quick to reach. Gruissan is a cute little place and worth a visit. The only small deficiency is that the Wi-Fi is rather weak, but you can also do well without Wi-Fi, as the place is so great!

Very happy to have stayed here. Gruissan is a lovely place, and Arnaud's apartment is in a perfect location - beside the beach and only a short walk from the port. Lots of restaurants and shops around. I recommend the big sandwiches at Friterie du Nord (just across the road from the apartment), I go there any time I'm in the area. Apartment was comfortable and well-appointed - I didn't lack for anything whilst I was there, and the view is majestic. Finally, Arnaud and Odette are both very nice.

The apartment is lovely, very comfortable and well provisioned with the staples as well as equipment, utensils should you decide to cook. The balconies provides beautiful light into the apartment. A lift provides access from ground to the apartment so no stairs to negotiate for luggage. The apartment is in a great location for exploring Narbonne with the markets, areas of interest and great restaurants within walking distance. The train station is also in walking distance. Lise was flexible, which really assisted in our travels and a great communicator.

Great apartment! The amenities (a real Swiss knife!), the decor, the cleanliness, the incredible view, the calm (2nd fortnight of September), we enjoyed everything! Sabrina, even if we didn't see her, is very available, very nice and good advice! Go ahead!!!

The place has an excellent location, everything was super clean and tidy, the house is beautiful and the decor and amenities it offers are unbeatable. My rating is 100% recommended and Regis is the most attentive and friendly, always aware that we were comfortable and we did not miss anything. Surely thank you for everything Regis.

Beautiful place that has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Residence with beautiful pool, dining point with entertainment offered in the evening. Near Beziers, the canal and a supermarket. The children's books on site that interested my daughters a lot. I would recommend.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this property. Gerard and Dominique were excellent hosts, very friendly and respectful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The house is fantastic. Beautiful location, lovely pool and garden with access to high quality bikes for cycles along the canal. The house is so we'll equipped for kids and adults alike. If you manage to peel yourself away from the lovely home, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Super restaurants in the vicinity (would recommend booking in advance in busy periods). We took a great day trip to Carcassonne only 50mins drive away.

Very pleasant stay, Séverine and Eric were very friendly upon arrival and very accommodating on schedules. Small and comfortable cottage, super nice pool a stone's throw away! For a few days of vacation in December, it's very quiet, good location, easy to access and well guided by the host. I'd recommend it without a second thought

Beautiful apartment and the host, Rachel, was absolutely fantastic! Helpful, flexible and friendly! Went out of her way to make sure we were always taken care of and comfortable! The place is conveniently located right in the heart of the old town, but still amazingly quiet since it’s off on a small street. It feels more like a one bedroom even though it’s a studio because of the layout and the kitchen is well equipped for any length stay. We felt right at home and would definitely book here again any time we’re back in Narbonne!

this accommodation was perfect for our weekend, very well located with views of the port, very well furnished, very well equipped and very clean. we had little contact with Jean-Marc and Carole. But our hosts have always been responsive and very kind.

The week in Patricia's apartment was balm for our soul. Every morning we enjoyed pain au chocolat and coffee with the magnificent view. In general, you have the feeling of being right on the sea and beach every minute and not just in a living space. Especially valuable for us, as you always need a bit more time for everything with 3 small kids. And in a few steps you are on the great flat sandy beach. Simply relaxing...

Great stay at Gilles' place. Welcoming and warm host. We took full advantage of the surroundings because it was easy to access. Lots of entertainment are offered during the summer period. Restaurants, bars, and other merchants are in direct access which is really a plus. We would definitely recommend the accommodation offered by Gilles.

Thanks to Eric for being responsive. He offered to leave later if we wanted to. The apartment is super well equipped, functional and well located unfortunately the people before we did not clean, we left food in the fridge, chocolate stains on the couch, the bed, the table. Dust and bathroom not made damage. If we have the occassion, we'll be happy to come back.
