We arrived earlier than agreed, but Andrei noticed us and immediately offered to check in so we didn't wait. This was the first sign that hospitality is really up to par here. We traveled 300 kilometers, rushed, and in all the hustle and bustle I had forgotten the coals for the barbecue. I shared this with Andrei, and he, without thinking, immediately offered to give us charcoal or wood – totally free of charge. Thanks to him, we were able to have a so desirable barbecue without wasting time looking for shops. We also asked him for recommendations regarding sights in the area. Share useful information about Snezhanka Cave, one of themostbeautiful places one can visit as well as thenearest and accessible shops. The house was extremely well heated. The outside temperature was -9°C, but we enjoyed the comfortable 24°C inside. Andrei assured us that if we needed anything he was close by and only a message would come through – and it really was. I had a wonderful stay at Diyana's place. The apartment is beautiful - spacious, clean and filled with natural light. It offers beautiful views and has three bedrooms, a comfortable living room and even an office. The place is cozy and inviting and makes you feel at home. The hosts are fantastic - helpful, honest and easy to communicate with. In short, the place is excellent and I would highly recommend it.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The apartament is in a quiet neighbourhood with friendly locals, nice Mountain View and a really good restaurant/ tavern just 2 mins walking distance! There’s a dedicated parking spot right in front of the door of the house. The hosts were extremely polite and helpful, always available, if you need anything! The atmosphere in the apartment is the perfect ambiance of coziness and modern design - perfect for 2, even 3-4 people because the sofa is very comfy! There’s a desk for the digital nomads :) And a long terrace with a table and chairs, so you can get that first coffee in the morning RIGHT! :) There’s everything you’d need in the bathroom and in the kitchen as well and in general the place is very fresh and clean. We just loved it, absolutely recommend it and we’re definitely coming back!

Great place! We spend 2 nights there during January. You can control the temperature, so warmth is of no concern. It is a clean place with a huge garden that we mostly used for sunbathing even though it was January. The barbecue setup is above average, and the sauna can comfortably fit 4 people. The village has a well-stocked shop that works until 20:00, which is a huge plus.

The home in a secluded space and yet easily accessible by car, the host extremely friendly and helpful, the house corresponds to the images posted and is warm and well divided. It has a large, very useful electric grill. Thanks Mary for hosting and recommendations.

We were looking for a great place for an autumn weekend and this house was everything we wanted! Beautiful house and surroundings, great for skywatching, walks in nature and staying in with friends. Hristiana was a great host and her dad, who checked in on us, are very kind and joyful and this was also a very nice part of our stay. The fortress and monastery, which are very close nearby and recommended by our hosts, are quite impressive, make sure you visit them.

Very good communication and convenient flat. Ideal for a short stay.
