This stay was absolutely perfect! The check-in process was seamless, and the host provided clear instructions and helpful local recommendations. The bed was super comfortable. The location was ideal – close to everything but in a peaceful neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. This is a great place for a large family or maybe two small familes to share. Located in a quiet, safe residential area, this house is set at a fair price, and the owners are very easy to contact during your stay. Recommended.

I had a great vavation with my 8 years old son and the location is a real paradise, specially for vacations with kids.

We loved staying at Sunflower (all three of us as we took our dog, Poppy) lovely house and surroundings. Garden and pool immaculate. Friendly staff at Moo Baan and property agents were very quick to respond and deal with any problems we had. Fanny was always on hand to help (through email) and we would love to come back to the area again. Many thanks for a relaxed, happy stay.

Very nice house with a great pool area and very clean water. It is very clean and tidy with superb amenities. Location is quiet and yet central about 10 minutes to the beach and about 15 minutes to the nearest city we will be happy to come back

Alex is a great host who was always quick to respond and helpful. The apartment is large enough for a family and offers everything needed. Even though the decor is outdated, everything is working perfectly. I've been there with my older parents who felt very comfortable. The area is also a bit touristy but mainly here are many Thais on the beaches on weekends which is very pleasant. The beaches are always quite empty, even on weekends as the Thais, especially the women, do not like to go into the water and prefer to sit on the beach in the shade of the trees so as not to get brown and darker. The rooftop pool is great and the elevator worked flawlessly. The whole complex is very well maintained. A brown area is nearby and sometimes events take place there with concert and many food stalls, which is a highlight. I'd love to come back.

We had some great days at Herbert's house. The house and the surroundings are family friendly with a beautiful beach and a large pool.

The location of this villa is stunning, particularly the sea view from the roof terrace. The roof terrace and swimming pool were our favorite part of the property. The rooftop is quiet and cool in the mornings (we visited in Jan) and we really enjoyed having breakfast there and a BBQ in the evening. The house itself is comfortable and perfect for our young family. We only had to be mindful of our youngest child and the mezzanine floor with a low-ish rails, but this is clear from the photos I believe. There is a great Beach Club/cafe a very short walk along the beach (less than 5 mins) which we loved as well. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we booked. Thank you for our stay.

A fantastic location and accommodation. Elly’s home is beautiful and well-equipped. It’s right on the beach with a beautiful pool and garden, within walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants. Highly recommend Unplug (the closest place) for great coffee, superb cocktails, and classic Thai food.

Everything is clean, several sets of bed linen,towels,tableware, my daughter appreciated the play station))) and also special thanks for the constant communication and help in matters of "where is the store,market", "where to go'etc. Condo is in a quiet and peaceful place)))) our family fell in love with Thailand))) thank you again!!!!

Great apartment on the 28th floor with amazing views. Spacious and enough space. Leisure rooms in the condo building can be used without any problems. Pool right in front of the house and beach about 100m walk away.

What an amazing place! We felt right at home the moment we stepped in. We had a wonderful two weeks here. Peaceful, quiet, the beach and pools are beautiful! Mingming is very kind and helpful. The apartment and surroundings looked even better than in the photos. Beds are good, excellent kitchen and lovely balcony with a view! 5 stars!
