Susana's apartment is excellent, good beds, air conditioning (very important in the summer of Asunción) in all rooms. Very organized, excellent bathroom and shower. Also Susana is very friendly and honest in everything. I recommend it to everyone!

The apartment is modern, attractive and well designed, with lots of storage. Bonus balcony with nice furniture. Well-equipped kitchen, wonderful to have the washer-dryer & drying rack. Quiet at night, safe and secure building. Grocery stores, pharmacy and nice mall Paseo del Galleria nearby. Wonderful place to stay in Asunción.

Impeccable apartments, with friendly staff and great services. Alfredo on security was exceptionally helpful and made us feel at home and welcome. Our host Jose was super attentive and we were very happy with communication. All common areas were super clean at all times. We stayed for 1 month and had everything we needed in the apartment. We were even offered a cleaning service for a very good price. The location is great with 2 supermarkets nearby and lots of shops and restaurants close too. The road on the front was quite noisy at night but was easily solved by wearing ear plugs. Overall the apartments and service we received was 5 star and we would be very happy to stay again. Thanks you to all for making our stay wonderful.

They are quite attentive and helpful. The place is nice, enjoy the kitchen, the pool, and I also exercised. It's a perfect place to feel at home. Nearby there is a place where they make very good pizzas and burgers. This place is one of the best in Paraguay, and I have seen many.

I am very satisfied with the friendly atmosphere and friendly service. All my guests were happy too. The next one I also want to use this house to serve well those who visit me from afar.

Everything is great! Spacious Lugar, cerca de supermercado, barrio tranquil. They attended us super well, very attentive. We had to travel at night and they allowed us to do a late checkout. Thank you so much! I would definitely be back

Our stay at Hugo's place was excellent. The place is spacious and comfortable, we were 4 people and we passed it luxury. In addition, the man in charge of Lugar ( María) is extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the place is ideal, close to the most important shoppings in Asunción and in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely be staying at Hugo's place again

During the month we were in Asunción we felt at home in this apartment, especially we loved the pool. Valentín was the best host we have ever had!

We were 3 people and we felt super comfortable . The apartment is practically new and the views are beautiful. It is well equipped and there is a 24h security guard. The rooms have only doles beds, we wanted one with two small beds but could not asique Beatriz Nos armed a small foldable that we finally did not use because the double beds were really very comfortable we had no problem sharing the bed between two people. With Beatriz we always communicated by messages and although we did not meet her she was very friendly and gave us information about the neighborhood. We definitely recommend it and would go again.

Ma Fernanda's apartment is super complete, very comfortable, the place is beautiful, the facilities of the complex are beautiful, there is not much noise of vehicles, horns, you can rest. And she is a loving person, very attentive and kind!! How we arrived almost in the afternoon and were tired we asked for dinner sandwich de lomito with potatoes fritas and super rich everything with Delivery service from the New Market of the complex!! I would stay there again!!

We visited the apartment in August 2023. We did it again this year and will do it again in the future. As before, we had a great stay.

Pleasant stay. All as described. Very good communication from the host. Professional problem resolution: We had an issue with the Aircondition and next morning technicians already fixed it. Car parking is perfect. Location is very safe.
