William is a super attentive person!! She hosted my mom and me and responded super fast to all our needs. He gave us local recommendations and made sure everything was perfect at all times. The area where the building is located is perfect since it is close to all the restaurants and also the beach. An amazing host and a home that fully fulfills its purpose! Juan Carlos' place was a welcome respite in a wonderful area. He was responsive to our requests (e.g., for additional towels), and to have someone show us how to work the stove and the washer/dryer. The facilities were clean and fresh. The security was excellent. The view is nothing special, but it's just two blocks from Larcomar with its gorgeous sunsets. We would stay there again.

Great location with a lovely balcony overlooking the park and the ocean. Lots to do nearby, including many great restaurants. This is a perfect apartment for either a short or extended stay while in Lima. I would definitely go back to Gianfranco’s place and would recommend to friends and family.

Really great! That's why I decided to extend my stay here. The place is very comfortable and the location was very practical for me since I had to attend the University of San Marcos. Yulimar, the assistant with whom I was communicating, was always attentive to my concerns and responded promptly. They communicated with me through a group of guatsap (poorly written but not leaving me) where they indicated use of tv, kitchen and washing machine that was very useful to me. To get to the place it is a little complicated at the beginning but then you take your hand, in addition Yulimar made it easier for me to plan and directions. I'm very happy with the stay here

This was a great spot to crash after our trip to Machu Picchu! Would recommend. Had all the space we needed. Walter let us check in early to accommodate our flight.

The Hosts were amazing, super responsive and helpful at all times. Even accommodated a special request for late check-out. Elevator was broken or broke the day of arrival, hosts immediately reached out after check-in acknowledging deficiency, were apologetic and friendly. Their acknowledgement made all the difference. Thank you for a great stay.

It was a really nice stay. The place is very nice and cozy🤩. The area is also very well located close to many restaurants and supermarkets, a hostess with excellent communication, kindness and making us feel in a comfortable place, super detailed every aspect of the house and above all beautiful 😍🫶🏻
